Wonderful, unique, place, in the middle of nowhere. To eat there is a real bonus.. incredible food, something for everyone.. the speciality is fresh trout. Friendly and efficient service. Then comes an even bigger bonus, staying in one of their incredible rooms and enjoying an amazing breakfast

Ich fahre oft wenn ich in Franken bin mit dem Rad nach Hermes - tolle Umgebung bis zum Landgasthof. Die Karte ist übersichtlich und lecker - sehr ansprechende Speisen. Besonders die Pfefferhaxe ist ein Gedicht. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - immer wieder gerne und Danke für schöne Stunden in Hermes

Es war sehr schön im Landgasthof.Nur die Anreise über Google Maps war ein Abenteuer.
Am besten nur Marktleugast eingeben und dann Richtung Kulmbach.Dann bei Beschilderung " Hermes 2km" erscheint und links abbiegen.

Wieder einmal machten wir Halt im Landgasthof Haueis, um hier zu essen und zu übernachten. Bei unser Ankunft schneit es und due Straßen zu diesem sehr abgelegenen Gasthaus waren noch nicht geräumt. Trotzdem war die Gaststube voll und es wurde ein qualitativ hochwertiges Essen serviert - traditionell. Karpfenfilet im Bierteig gebacken bekommt man sicher nicht überall, hier hat es einen festen Platz auf der Speisekarte und schmeckt sensationell. Wer nach einem Ort sucht, wo eine Familie agiert und schon die nächste Generation bereitsteht, um Traditionen weiterzuführen, der sollte sich auf den Weg machen und diesen gastlichen Ort besuchen.

Wir suchten nach einem schönen Zwischenstopp auf der Fahrt von Basel nach Zeuthen. Hier wurden wir freundlich empfangen und bestens bewirtet. Super Essen, freundliches Personal und angemessene Preise. Unsere Erwartungen wurden eindeutig übertroffen. Zudem hatten wir ein schönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit guten Betten. Man hatte das Gefühl, allein im Haus zu sein, so ruhig war es. Sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen, die Gutes Essen und eine angenehme Übernachtung ohne viel Schnickschnack wünschen. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe den Landgasthof über Google Maps gefunden. Wenn man es nicht digital finden würde, dann via Zufall beim Vorbeifahren, wahrscheinlich eher nicht. Schade eigentlich. Der Gutshof ist mit Tradition und viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist groß und traditionell eingerichtet. Das einzige Manko aus meiner Sicht war, das es den alten Dielen und dem Bau geschuldet sehr hellhörig war. Sowohl nebenan als auch unter dem Zimmer und auf dem Flur an sich hört man jede Bewegung. Wir waren abends in der kleinen Stube zum Abendbrot. Wir haben uns mit einer Roulade, Klöße und Rotkraut und einem Wild-Burger verwöhnen lassen. Es hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Dazu ein Weißbier und einen fränkischen Wein zu absolut fairen günstigen Preisen. Das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.

Hermes Ist immer einen Besuch wert - Wir fahren sehr gerne mit dem Fahrrad hier her – das Platz Angebot ist fantastisch – die Lage in der Natur sucht seinesgleichen – das Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse wechselt oft die Speisekarte - Überwiegend werden Gerichte mit lokalen Produkten angeboten - toll und lecker -Über die Zippe kann ich nicht sagen denn ich hab sie noch nicht gesehen – die meisten Gäste scheinen aber sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Wahl DANKE und weiter so

Gasthof mit gutem Speiselokal und regionalem, sehr guten Essen. Wildschwein mit Klößen gab‘s und super Soße. Das Haus ist gut geführt. Mittlerer Standard. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Zimmer sauber mit allem was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem.
