Pictures of the room showed a tub with shower, room only had shower! Pool and hot tub were not working! There was a MAJOR bird problem, they had many, many nests in the canopy in front of the entrance. My car was covered with bird droppings after my 2 day stay!

Only thing I had a problem with was the maid came while we were out and All she did was pull the covers up on the bed and put fresh towels. Trashcans we’re not emptied , bath tub was not cleaned and she did not leave any shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.

Don’t stay here
This hotel is horrible pool was green I have pictures, there were dead birds at the top carport and birds eating at it have pictures the grass hadn’t been cut in I don’t know how long
The shower no hot water even turning it on all the way hot it was like warm. I have been trying to call someone to see about these matter and getting the run around the hallways smelled like the sewage

Grass outside needed cutting. Floor in room needed vacuuming, bathroom was nasty (floor dirty, tub had mildew, towels clean), walls behind bed were dirty, cabinet fridge was in dirty. Had dustballs and had not been wiped, light bulb was out in two lamps. Definitely needs an update. Door to unit was very hard to open and close.we have stayed here before and it was not like this. Will not stay again😳😳😳😳😳

Says on the go breakfast… nothing is really on the go! All of it was waffles eggs. Would have been great breakfast but thinking it was on the go…I went down to get breakfast on my way out and didn’t prepare to eat at the hotel or have time to eat there.

What used to be a great hotel stay was more of an endurance the room air conditioner made an immense amount of noise the workout room machines were all broken the public restrooms were half closed down there is no maintenance around that hotel
