Before we arrive the hotel called to just check if we are in our way or not, shared location from goggle maps even, then after arriving we found very warm reception with wide smile always, i love this vibe btw, room with pool view which is give you some inner peace when you look to the blue color , Resturant Team also is so helpful and amazing, food is perfect, everyday with new varieties which is something good btw Pool area is clean always, towels smelling good even. You can access the facilities at Rixos too by golf car. Room cleaners staff is so friendly too Everyone here working as Beehive to make your stay amazing. Would like to Thank Aml,Abduallah,Menna & Maryam for their warm hospitality, Definitely will visit this Hotel again Thank you a lot for this beautiful and relaxing vacation.

Clean is perfect at all times * salsabil *, reception more than perfect such as Aml , Ahmed Samy, tawfik , Fady ,restaurants like marim , Abdullah, Mohamed Ibrahim, laundry like Ashraf , make sure all staff more than helpful I need to mention all put I can't, all cooker is perfect, I'm more than happy and satisfied at crystals hotel , I visited to business, and I come again to leisure doue to everything is confertabl

Everything was top, 5 stars really staff very attentive beach top room and food super Alfred very nice will recommend to everyone, also child friendly swimming pool very clean and nice Alamein nice new city gym small but nice

Wonderful hotel, it simply couldn't be better! For us, it was the best stay in Egypt so far, and we had already booked a few hotels. Everything is just right here, the rooms are beautiful and of high quality, the beach is wonderful, the food was excellent, there are great employees with excellent service who are very attentive and courteous. The staff not only impresses with their extraordinary friendliness and openness, but also adapts to the guests and their individual wishes. Big praise goes to the ladies at reception, Minna and Amel. The hotel management also deserves big praise, they pay attention to everything so that the guests always feel comfortable. We had a wonderful time here, we regret not being able to stay longer and would love to come back soon.

The hotel is absolutely magnificent, from the quick and professional check-in, to the catering services, to the perfect room, to the smiling staff. A special mention goes to Miss Hanane and Menna These two people and the team really contributed to an excellent and pleasant stay. I highly recommend the Crystal Inn for future stays for me and my friends.
