Amazing place, really clean, really spacious. Plenty to do.
I advise take a car with you as it is about 1-1.20 hours from Alexandria.
Also book the hotel between July- end of august.
There is a indoor pool which is heated and an outdoor pool which is cold, they also have a beach, gym, sauna, jacuzzi but the time I went the jacuzzi and sauna was not on or available.
The have a room that has two small snook tables, a outdoor football 🥅 ⚽️ pitch/court, basketball ball 🏀 court and a tennis/Badminton 🏸 🎾 court.
Water park, late night entertainment.
The women called Sara at the Concierge is very helpful very professional. Hospitality was amazing from her think she was the manager. She even allowed me to have a late check out without any charge but the staff in very helpful. Very friendly.
The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious.
The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

مكان فى منتهى عدم الامانه و الاحترام. بعد دفع الحجز المبدئى و إلغائه لظروف طارئه قبل تاريخ السماح باسبوعين، لم يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع و ليس هناك رد على التيليفون او البريد الالكتروني او الواتس اب. لا ارشح التعامل معهم مطلقا. غير مؤتمنين و غير جادين فى المعاملات الماليه. قد تتعرض للاحتيال على حجزك و حقوقك. A place of extreme dishonesty and disrespect. After paying the initial reservation and canceling it due to unforeseen circumstances two weeks before the expiry date, I have not received a refund, and there has been no response to phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them. They are untrustworthy and unserious in financial transactions. You may be subject to fraud regarding your reservation and your rights.

Not a good experience, food is terrible but really many thanks to Mr Mohammed Elkhawaga for his hospitality , occupying and welcoming , he is the best thing in this hotel. Bad smell in the room, actions are so slow , unfortunately will never come again ,

In a moment where I needed assistance, Moustafa went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. His professionalism, calm presence, and genuine care were truly admirable and made a significant difference. Absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! Honestly, this was one of the best holidays I've ever had — from the security at the gates to the restaurant staff, everything was just spot on. The room was clean and tidy, and all the staff were incredibly polite and genuinely friendly. The food was so delicious, with loads of options to suit everyone. As a vegan, I felt like I was in paradise! There were so many plant-based choices on the buffet — I was honestly spoiled for choice. That chia pudding was my go-to breakfast every single morning. So good! Massive thanks to the chef — you made my stay even more special. ❤️
