The ambience is great place to just sit back and relax. The staff are awemazingly courteous and ready to assist with a smile. Food is fine. The a/c is absolutely cool. We had a slight problem with the water heater BUT was addressed immediately, which is appreciated much. It is a nice cozy clean place for a weekend getaway. I will definitely make it my base when in Bataan.

I will stay again near future .food are good dishes. Internet wifi week signal in rooms. It should be upgraded.

Staff are polite and helpful.Rooms are outdated and not very clean.Buffet is okay,saw cockroaches by the green salad area,I told the server and right away they took care of it?!Its very expensive for the hotel like this $ 100., one of the receptionist mentioned to just book online because its a little bit cheaper,we are desperate because we don’t a place to stay in that night

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was great! Rooms were a little old but clean.

Too dark, during our stay there 's brownout and we dont have electricity from morning til we checkout.

The hotel was terrible. The hot water and TV did not work in the room and had to be repaired. The pool was dirty and full of leaves. The restaurant was expensive and many menu items were not available. And then they charged me extra. Do not stay here

The room was full of mosquitoes, I had to catch eight first..
Furthermore, it was very unhygienic for a four star hotel...
Just say dirty.
Would have expected at least a clean room and certainly bathroom..
The breakfast was good.. order first from a simple piece of paper...
The location of the hotel is rather inconvenient.. with a road leading up to it as if it were a mountain slope..
The way back you have to either walk yourself or be lucky on a passing tricycle..
The hotel does not offer its guests down transportation..
That can be a good service..
The staff was friendly.. until we went to check out...
However, once checked out they claimed we hadn't paid the bill..
Which is actually quite strange because you always pay in advance in a hotel and certainly at a four star hotel..
After waiting outside for 20 minutes, I walked back in myself and then it suddenly turned out that everything was satisfied..
