I played golf nearby and had to go to Ciampino Airport the next morning, so I chose this hotel close to the airport! It was already dark when I checked in, and the whole hotel was very quiet, which made me mistakenly think that there were not many guests. Unexpectedly, the next morning, before dawn, the lobby was full of middle-aged and elderly Japanese tourists. It seems that the hotel business is quite good!

The hotel looked very nice, but was a bit rundown than I expected. The curtains were coming off and didn't close properly. The tiny shower room was dirty and moldy and seemed unclean.

Far from the centre, I have stayed overnight other times but the problems are always the same, dated structure, poor cleaning, guests unfortunately noisy and disrespectful, they walk around the structure until dawn shouting and playing and the staff does not intervene. If you don't have a car it is difficult to reach it.

This is not even a one-star hotel! First, it is about 40 KM far from the Fiumicino airport and 20 KM away from Rome. There is no train or bus passing there. The nearest market which is in a gas station and the nearest cafe/restaurant is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The few staff doesn't know English. The rooms are terrible. No bars, no kettle, no tea not even drinking water, no slippers. Everything is old and rusted. The ceiling leaks. There is no kitchen in the hotel so breakfast is nothing except the cakes and croissants bought from outside and machined coffee and tea. The behavior of the staff while breakfast is awful.
