The Hotel location is wonderful with a pool and beach front,with access to Kayaks ,Jet skiing and other activities.Many activities are also available by request on the outside,such as Horse back riding, snorkling,sight seeing to other smaller islands,etc.The rooms are comfortable and adequate, hot and cold water. Cleaning and changing of linen are done daily or as necessary.Depends on the visitor.A variety of dishes ,fruits and vegetables are available.The bars have a wisde variety of drinks ,staff is wonderful. Staff Understanding and speaking more English could be improved ,but from my experience Wyndham Concorde Margarita is a must visit.

Had a really good stay here. The guest services and bartenders are excellent. The drinks at the pool are are amazing. You must try the mojitos! The hotel is clean and spacious and good value for the all inclusive experience. Will definitely stay here again.

i stayed here for 5 days and i don’t have any bad reviews about this hotel. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean. The nightly entertainment is very good. I was impressed, the dances was well put together and in sync, would definitely recommend.

Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Menu was excellent. Grounds and surroundings breathtaking. ( suggesting that guests are allowed the freedom to set the temperature of the rooms to suit them. Room was too cold)

Spent my birthday weekend at this resort and I must say I felt the love and warmth from the moment we got there until the end! The staff is amazing and the facilities are very well kept. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The service was top-notch—everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere itself was inviting and cozy, making it easy to relax and enjoy the moment. What really stood out, though, was the entertainment. It was consistent, engaging, and brought so much energy to the entire experience. There was never a dull or boring moment, which made the time fly by in the best way.
