Top super recomendo

Well-located hotel, Ibis standard, the only downside is parking which is charged separately, which does not happen at other Ibis

Check-in was slow and confusing. Another couple of friends who were with us had their room released to the person while he was still there and worse, the "new" guests entered while he was in the shower. Summary: Expensive and somewhat messy service.

They accidentally put us in a room that still needed cleaning. They quickly got us into a new room without delay. Very friendly efficient staff. Everyone was kind, and good continental breakfast

Tv didn’t work. Called front desk 3 times. Girl hung up on me. Went down and talk to manager. And suppose to get full refund. And I left Hotel is not in good condition. Lobby is a mess Leaking water. TVs not working. Rude front desk agent. I will never go there again They refunded my money then charged me the next day again

Only one night stay. Quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Clean room and premises. Good location in nice neighborhood. Parking in site but too expensive. Traveling from São Paulo to Foz do Iguazú. Enjoyed welcome drink.

Ok for a one-night stay. We were a family of 4, so we stayed at two rooms.

Primeira e última vez! Fui almoçar e além da demora, pessoas que chegaram depois de mim almoçaram muito rápido. Comi parmegiana de frango que só vinha o cisco da carne além de dura. O prato não vale o preço, não somente pela carne ser muito fina e dura, mas pela demora e pessoas que chegaram depois, comer mais rápido
