Facilities: Nice, but no elevator. There is a gym and sauna. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Environment: The surrounding scenery is very good, close to Lake Michigan. Service: Good, the front desk clerk is very enthusiastic.

The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable. Plus the view of the bay is spectacular. Definitely worth catching the sunrise and the sunset. We come up here from Ohio a few times a year and love staying here.

Location was convenient and for a lower priced hotel, the accommodations were better than expected. We just needed a place for 1 quick overnight so it served that purpose. Check in was easy and friendly. Rooms are in need of an upgrade but they were clean.

I wanted to like this property, for the price and location. That said, neither of us slept well. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat, unsupportive and uncomfortable. My neck and my husband's back are both paying the price today. Also contributing to our lack of sleep, the car in the parking lot next to us that was blaring music on and off into the early morning hours. I would've thought being on the second floor with windows that don't even open would have blocked more of the outside noise. Anyway, we started our day tired, sore and crabby. That's my review
