Grand Hotel Selinunte

The summer stay at the structure has allowed to enjoy many attractions in an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. The restaurant and its organization are excellent. Very efficient and very kind staff, ready to solve any type of problem and to offer the necessary information. The location is absolutely strategic: not far from a commercial area of Castelvetrano, connected to the beautiful beach in the Belice reserve through the free shuttle made available by the hotel, far from the traffic of the city center and surrounded by local nature with a panoramic view. The reception service for the small dog proved to be efficient and according to expectations: supply of hygienic bags, bowls and mattress, thorough cleaning of the room and the presence of a small concrete area to allow the little friend to be left free. There are also excursions organized with local agencies, even if thanks to the position of the structure it was possible for us to independently visit Mazara del Vallo, Marsala and the related salt pans with the island of Mozia and the wonderful archaeological park of Selinunte, ten minutes from the hotel. Animation in the pool absolutely adequate to entertain adults and children without overdoing or annoying, on the contrary! Power and his staff are great professionals, always cheering and entertaining guests from morning to night. In addition there is also a play area for children which enriches the entertainment for them. Excellent judgement, on the other hand the Director himself proved to be a highly professional person and strongly considerate towards his guests and their stay.

Innanzitutto 4 stelle mi sembrano un pò troppe, 3 stelle sarebbe l'ideale. Mare distante quindi bisogna prendere la navetta o vai col proprio mezzo, camere un pò datate e sporchine, ristorante con poco personale e poi sentire che mancano le caraffe o meglio vediamo se si libera qualcuna cosi la laviamo e la diamo è brutto a sentirsi....... Cibo nella media, assortimento continuo del buffet e ottimi i primi un pò meno i secondi. Personale di sala troppo confusionario e sfinito si vedeva lontano un miglio. Animazione molto brava e coinvolgente, miniclub ottimo!!! Rivedete qualcosa e sicuramente le 4 stelle le potete meritare.
