We arrived just before midnight and were forced to pay a number of charges which were NOT quoted in the T&C’s if we wanted the key. We showed this the following morning to the receptionist, and after lot of to and fro, she agreed to refund for a couple of things but REFUSED to refund us for a €50 cleaning fee. She blamed it on the travel agency for not including it on the T&C’s (!). The studio was extremely humid (see pictures, including the pillow!), the A/C was not working, the room was not clean, the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable, and the fittings were falling apart. In a nutshell, the studio was not liveable. We understand that it is not a 5-star hotel but the condition was very far from the published pictures. We had a 6-night reservation and left after the 1st night as they would not fix it or give us an alternative accommodation. What we found shocking is that they would not refund us for the other 5 nights as they said that “there was no problem to fix”. When receiving complaints, they tend to hide behind the “office in Turin” which seems to manage the property but at the end they try to keep your money based on the small print. In summary, we feel that this is not an ethical way of doing business and we would advise everyone to stay away.

I just want to say thankyou to Maria and her lovely husband. They can not do enough for you and deserve recognition for this. Nice relaxing stay in a quaint apartment at a reasonable cost. Transportation is a slight issue so renting a car is a good idea but other than that it's a lovely place to stay. I enjoyed my walks to marinella! Thankyou so much xx Gem xx

Unfortunately, like the other negative reviews, everything was totally dirty, outdated, broken and moldy. On the first day I couldn't breathe because there was a moldy mattress on the sofa bed. I went to the reception to complain about the room, no one spoke English. Was constantly connected with a lady Franzeska who spoke German and referred me to my tour operator. The next day I went to the reception again because the 4 of us were squeezed into a double bed and showed the gentleman photos of the mattress. Only then the first reaction. The pictures on the internet do not match the condition of the apartments. I would like to put some pictures of our apartment in there so that you can understand how horribly we lived. To make matters worse, no cleaning and no internet, except available at the reception. Towels, bedclothes ect cost extra. A couple were even billed separately for electricity and gas. Strange opening hours of the reception and no one feels responsible for anything. Never again Baja d Bahas

Villaggio stupendo a pochi passi da Porto Rotondo e Porto Cervo. Degna di nota la gentilezza e la professionalità dell’agenzia che ci ha accolto in un bellissimo appartamento, consentendoci di trascorrere una splendida vacanza in uno dei villaggi piu belli . Noi ritorneremo anche il prossimo anno.

Posto eccezionale, accoglienza d’eccellenza. Appartamenti puliti e molto belli. Il villaggio è in una posizione che consente di poter godere sia della bellezza selvaggia della Costa Smeralda che dei servizi di Olbia. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati benissimo con l’Agenzia Locazioni Turistiche Torino.

Villaggio molto ben curato, ideale per chi ha dei figli perché le macchine internamente non passano quindi posso giocare nelle piazzette che ci sono nel villaggio Se non hai voglia di prendere la macchina per andare ad esplorare nuove spiagge, non c è problema perché ci sono tante calette Ve lo consiglio

Posto fantastico, cibo eccezionale, tanta natura selvaggia e profumi indescrivibili. Il villaggio è molto curato e lo staff sempre disponibile. Ci sono molti servizi per gite ed affitto barche/macchine/motorini. Ci sono punti per pescare ed altri per fare il bagno. Perfetto per i bambini.
