The worst hotel ever. The service is sooo bad and the team is not at all professional especially the manager who know nothing about costumer service. All in all a very bad experience in a hotel with an excellent potential. I do not recommand it to anyone.

Too many untrained personal, they seem willing to help, but unable due to the fact that they’re not equipped. Appears they were given uniforms and asked to perform tasks. Two towels per a family of 4, requested extra, none got delivered, absent WIFI. A genius designer came up with the idea of putting slippery tiles next to a giant swimming pool, I guess owners are not aware of the concept of Liability. No phone number to contact front desk, the one provided appears to be disconnected. Also, waited for almost an hour to check in, most of it awaiting from desk manager’s approval that we prepaid. Worst, is the amusement park, my kids paid for Karting, the first Kart, had no brakes, my nephew slammed into a wall, injured his ribs and back, front line employees, took the Kart to a garage for repairs, main guy came and denied the whole thing, refused to return money…it almost turned into a brawl. My 9 year old daughter, refused to get into a rollercoaster after witnessing an employee with a wrench in his hand trying to fix a car while rollercoaster was in motion. Again, concept of liability is absent. Stay away from this Hotel, stay away from the amusement park. Can’t speak of the water park, didn’t go and won’t. Disaster all over!

very bad experience poor culture and no respect to customers. The manager closed the line on my face They cancelled our reservation cuz they got higher rate from walk in customer. I dont recommand at all and please stay away if you’re coming from outside the country

Ik raad iedereen diit afschuwelijke apparthotel af, We hebben via booking gereserveerd en betaald en vanaf dag 1 al een zooitje, we kwamen inchecken mensen dringen voor iedereen staat door en tegen elkaar, eindelijk ingeckt te hebben komen we aan bij de woning ik en me partner met 3 kids, tv kapot geen hand en baddoeken, geen lakens. Daar moesten we 4 keer voor naar de lobie lopen, tv kapot kamer onder water door kapotte koelkast we blijven maar vragen voor reparatie of vervanging niemamd gehoorzaamd, je krijgt elke keer iemamd anders te zien waardoor verhaal helemaal opnieuw uitgelegt moet worden. Afstand bediening airco kapot bloedheet binnen, zwembadden zijn overvol met ook mensen van buiten, en dan de volgende dag met ontbijtrn hele chaos niet een tafel kunnen vinden terwijl we all in hebben zijn we maar buiten gaan eten, schoonmaak word niet gedaan dat moet je allemaal zelf doen hier terwijl achoonmaalsters de hele dag in het trapoenhuis verstopt zijn en op hun tel zitten, ik heb nog veel meer ellende gehad hier maar uiteindelijk de rest van de dagen latrn vallen en weg gegaan naar een andere hotel. Ik hoop dat jullie deze drama plek niet hoeven mee te maken. Ga beter ergens anders als je je gezin lief hebt. Ps. Enige goeie hier waren de afrikanen die je helpen met bagage heel beleefd en willen met alles helpen.

La chambre non prête à notre arrivée ! Les lits non faits, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas... Le service du petit déjeuner : 1 cafetière pour 400 personnes !!!!!! Bref je ne reviendrais plus. Pas de places disponibles après 10h00 à la piscine....
