A seafront hotel, which overlooks the Marina. Excellent parking possibilities, beaches in the immediate vicinity. An exemplary management and very attentive to satisfying every need. Cleanliness and order, together with the care of the rooms and common areas, worthy of all praise. Worth highlighting is the breakfast buffet which is notable for its variety and quality... especially considering the season is now over, even if supported by almost summer days, therefore with very few guests. A ⭐⭐⭐ that offers much more than many others of a higher category that I have frequented. Congratulations and thanks.

A good hotel facing the sea, free parking, good cleanliness, excellent and plentiful breakfast, helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The courtesy slippers are bagged and logoed. We had a good time and didn't find anything out of place.

I stayed in this "3 star" hotel for a weekend with friends and we made it work well for one night... I couldn't have resisted more. As soon as we arrived we immediately noticed the lack of tolerance and kindness on the part of the lady at the reception probably dictated by the anxiety of seeing more than two people in the hall. Brief examples: "Excuse me, just a quick question... is the parking in front free?" I heard myself reply: "Yes but now I'm busy." Anyone who asked her questions often got this answer, in fact they happened to meet other customers several times with answers of this type. Fairly clean triple room, not very spacious but very dated. We all spent 80 euros for one night (in my opinion a very high price given the hotel and the services), regardless of the fact that some rooms were triple and others quadruple. In the morning we woke up at 8 with loud repeated noises (doors slammed, things dropped to the floor...) I opened the door to understand what was happening and it was the cleaning ladies who with great emphasis were cleaning the rooms in front. Breakfast was quite good, aside from the fact that we later realized that we had eaten expired plum jam and butter. The very kind lady replied: "you don't know how to read the dates." WELL I AM ATTACHING THE PHOTOS, read them for yourself. Furthermore, all accompanied by phrases like "now I'll come to show you how to make coffee because otherwise you'll cause damage" "But you ate all the pancakes". We were 11 people and we didn't even touch one of us, let alone how much we stuffed ourselves. Well, I have always traveled and have always frequented Romagna and its hotels and I have never had a similar experience before. The hotel may be dated, mistakes happen to anyone but well seasoned rudeness at all hours of the day is not tolerated.

I have been there several times and I have always found it very good, very clean, room with balcony overlooking the sea, good breakfast, everything is very fresh and there are even eggs in addition to the savory food, very helpful and professional staff, the tourist tax being a municipal tax everywhere I went always paid in cash while hotels with A**s I highly recommend it

Zero reception. I can understand the so-called "crisis" but if a product has a price it doesn't make sense to me just because the booking arrives at the last minute. I take a good €85 for the simple overnight stay and you threaten to give me back the document only after having evaded the €2 tourist tax which must be paid in cash for a law of your own. I pay taxes and don't use cash! I'm yours if you need to pay €2 tax-free to your municipality. Comments on the room are completely superfluous given the trea**ent received. Terrible!

We stayed in this hotel together with friends, booking a month in advance directly via email. The check-in times indicated by the structure are from 2.30pm to 11.30pm and in any case to be safe we ​​call to confirm. We showed up at 8.30pm and we certainly didn't think a room wouldn't be available, given that less than 30 minutes had passed between the phone call and showing up. But anything is possible and misunderstandings can happen: despite this we tried to be understanding, but we were still treated with rudeness, indisponence and arrogance almost as if the problem had been caused by us. Initially we are not given a solution, but only excuses such as: "I can't call the girl who made the reservations because she is at a wedding", "It's your fault that you arrived late and since we didn't have doubles I put two boys in in the quadruple room" scrambling, the owner I imagine, adds: "A certain XY called to cancel the room" (coincidentally there was nothing written and obviously none of us had made the fateful phone call). In any case, unacceptable attitude, it was enough to apologize and admit the mistake. Sometimes being humble and admitting that there was a problem is always the best behavior, but unfortunately not everyone manages to take this step and despite being malicious, they attack with unmotivated arrogance. In the end, the solution (by adapting) was found and quoting the owner's words: "There's no point in continuing to talk about it, I don't know what happened". Obviously therefore, a response to this review is not necessary. Leaving aside the structure which in itself is in a retro style with towels that scrub and breakfast with sparkling Ace juice, the value for money is also questionable. In conclusion: in my opinion the hotel remains open because there are not many other solutions in the area, but having also taken note of other reviews, it would be appropriate to re-evaluate the 3 stars and above all do a refresher course for reception and management of a hotel structure or simply leave it to those who have dedication to this profession.

Already during the booking we had understood that the lady at the reception was not exactly friendly. We received confirmation upon arrival when we were greeted with constant complaints about the fact that check in was at 2.30pm, when we had only asked to be able to leave our bags at the hotel. At our "let's wait 2 minutes for our friends to arrive", the lady kindly opened the door to let us leave the hotel because "she was busy". The rooms are quite small and anonymous but overall adequate for needs, even if they do not justify the price of €80 per person (regardless of the type of room booked). The only flaws were the kitchen lining which, although clean, was stained with make-up on both sides and the only courtesy slipper present in a quadruple room clearly cleaned after previous use, as can be seen from the photo. Buffet breakfast which would have been normal if it hadn't been for the expired butter and jam. Also in this case, the friendly receptionist welcomed us with the sounds of "I'll show you how to prepare coffee so you don't cause any damage" and "the pancakes are finished because you ate more than one each". In conclusion, the hotel isn't too bad either, the lady certainly doesn't have the character for a job in contact with the public and above all the typical friendliness of Romagna was missing.
