My husband and I stayed one week at hotel Luna as part of a small group. We liked the hotel very much. The reception is welcoming and staff helpful, even if the English skilles are somewhat deficient. The rooms are small but clean and with a balcony (which we did not use much because of the weather). The room did not have a wather boiler, but we were allowed to borrow one from the reception. There were shampoo, shower gel etc.in the bathroom. Our stay included freakfast and dinner, two really good meals. Especially breakfast was more than expected. The hotel is right next to a road, but given the time of the year (trafic was low) it did not bother us. Ambulance sirens we did not hear at night. The pool was not for use in october, but we went for a swim in the ocean some ten minutes walk away. We found a more remote part of the beach, more protected from the waves when we went straight down to the sea and then right, passing a strange vacated area. Unfortunately we did not have time to explore much of the town itself.

This hotel is a lie. The rooms are small and not clean we even had ants in the room, yes ants, the pool looks big and it's small too, the hotel is near a gigantic road combine with a emergency hospital you have noise all the time between sirens of ambulances and the traffic, the people behind the desk are not nice, not helpful, they are putting load and bad music near the pool all day, and the pool open late like 10 am until only 7pm when the summer is hot it's terrible, and the entire area around the hotel is horrible industrial. I really hope you'll never have to go there, I payed everything in advance and my family and I we had to leave after two days because we were miserable in the city and in this hotel.

Room clean but compacted had everything I needed, what stands out is the breakfast, what a great start to the day, bacon and eggs to perfection and the lady running breakfast room was brilliant, remembers everyone's order a great asset, would have been better if the restaurant was open on a night time but well worth a stay

The location is good, close to both the motorway and the seafront, easily reachable on foot, while the city center is a little further, but not too far. However, it is close to the hospital, and inevitably ambulances are often heard. The road itself is quite fast, so there is inevitably some noise. The free parking is just outside the structure, subject to availability, but it is not small. The swimming pool is very nice, with sun beds, deck chairs and even covered beds; there is a whirlpool and a bar. The dinner restaurant is on the ground floor and we had some really good dinners. Choosing between three proposals, dinner consists of an appetizer, first course, second course and dessert or fruit. Drinks, on the other hand, are subject to charges. The breakfast restaurant is on the terrace on the third floor. The breakfast is sweet and savory buffet, with a wide choice of products. Let's now move on to the room, which has aroused some perplexity. It was 130, a Classic room. On the website it is written that the Classic room has the possibility of adding a third bed, but certainly not that one, since the bed and a bedside table fit right in, while the other was placed next to it. The wardrobe had no key and the lock was a bit broken. When we arrived the minibar had not been emptied of the contents belonging to the previous guests. What I didn't like was how the bed is made, certainly not Italian: there is the bottom sheet, but not the top one, as we use, but the duvet cover directly. We are not in the habit of keeping the air conditioning on at night, so we didn't need a duvet cover, especially in August, but there was no top sheet. As it was really hot we used the bottom sheet as above and slept directly on the mattress. We thus realized that there was no Topper on the mattress, as indicated on the website. Maybe we made the mistake of not telling the management, maybe they would have made our Italian bed. In this room the TV also has streaks on the screen, and as I have read this in a few other reviews I would say it has not been fixed yet. The bathroom is small but there is everything, even the hairdryer. The room has a furnished balcony overlooking the street. Check out is until 10, so it seemed a bit out of place that at a quarter to 10 they came knocking to see if we had already left. However, we had a pleasant stay.

Gentilezza. E rispetto per il cliente. Bravi, continuate cosi. Torneremo presto a soggiornare presso Hotel Luna. Grazie.

Camere curate e pulite. Personale preparato.
