Fantastic experience with my kids. Room very comfortable and clean with sea view! More than normal hotel room with also kitchen corner! Kind staff and dining at the Separe’ restaurant was also a great food taste of Tuscany flavor….i suggest cinta senese ham! Just delicious

We had a beautiful stay there. Great attitude of the owner and staff. They were very accomodating in everything and could be approched at any time. Location perfect, short walk to the beach, short walk to ice cream :-). The room furnishings are a bit older, but we didn't mind and the atmosphere was great.

Such a beautiful guest house on a beautiful location. Very close to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful! We had two balconies and a big fridge for keeping snacks and drinks cool, which is a big plus. The guest house is easy to find if you follow the instructions sent to you by the staff. It is located on a restricted traffic zone area, which means there is no noise from traffic. There’s a buzzing night life, but as soon as you close the doors/windows, the room gets really nice and quiet. We were told that the guest house only just opened up earlier this year, so even though some of the interior was a little worn out, it was still very acceptable and we had a good stay :) Highly recommend!

The location is perfect: close to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. The apartment is nicely furnished, well-equipped, and clean. Parking is well organized and very close to the apartment. Federica and the staff were very helpful. We had a great vacation. Thank you. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time in Cecina. Our friends booked Zi Maria for a weekend together. The location is perfect. The staff were very kind and super friendly. The rooms were comfortable for our family of 6. The beds very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was perfect for a hot shower at the end of the day, which we have found is not always possible in Italy. Perfect location for heading to the beach and restaurants. Thank you ☺️

Ottima location in cui con finestra aperta sembra di stare in barca sul mare, ed anche ottima la disponibilità ricevuta da parte della reception. Non era la prima volta a Marina di Cecina, ma da parte loro abbiamo ricevuto tutte le info ed il supporto necessario per il nostro soggiorno! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Consiglio a tutti. Appartamenti super puliti, profumati e completi in tutto. Inoltre le operatrici alla reception sono super professionali, gentili e precise. Vista mare mozzafiato, posto sul viale di marina di cecina, c'è veramente tutto vicino. Veramente Top!!!
