Booked 2 weeks here as we had had a nice time here in 2017. What a difference 5 years makes. Hotel rooms are in bad need of makeover: shower runs hot and cold intermittently, sink plug broken, ancient electric points and lighting, aircon struggles. Meals are a shadow of previous wide choice: evening meal is now a buffet which you have served canteen style with no english menu. Breakfast is a meagre selection of bite size rolls and muesli or granola, some fresh fruit and a bit of streaky bacon and scrambled egg. No marmalade, only peach jam and a croissant if there are any left. The worst part is that you have to queue up for each section to be served with an organisation that would make Basil Fawltey proud. I wanted to find another hotel but my wife couldn't face moving all our stuff so we stayed but I won't be back anytime soon.

La posizione dell'hotel e' strategica,sul mare e a due passi dal centro,cucina soddisfacente,personale e pulizie meno.Hotel datato stupisce che abbia 4 stelle.La nostra camera era in posizione infelice affacciata sul retro di un ristorante:odore di fritti e quant'altro fino alla una di notte,poi rumori inverosimili fino al mattino.esperienza negativa.

Hotel in posizione super strategica, a due passi veri e propri dal mare e dal centro. La struttura è un po’ datata, alcune aree meriterebbero una rinnovata … ma in primis la gentilezza, la cordialità e la disponibilità della reception e dei ragazzi del ristorante, veramente un servizio che non vedevo e trovavo da anni da nessuna parte del mondo ( e non di Italia ). La cura del cliente sempre al primo posto. Piscina pulita, aree comuni super linde, possibilità di affittare le bici per un’oretta ma anche più volte al giorno. Il cibo è ottimo, ma veramente ottimo. A richiesta anche una pasta semplice per i bimbi. Parcheggio coperto in garage se si è fortunati e sopra. La camera non è enorme così come il bagno, ma comunque ha tutto ciò che serve e tutti i giorni sostituiscono tutti gli asciugamani, quasi troppo se pensiamo all’ambiente. Bravissimi !!!

Struttura un po' datata che avrebbe bisogno di una rivisitazione dell'arredamento interno. Compensa di contro l'ottima posizione veramente comoda per l'accesso al mare in un punto bello del golfo di Marina di Campo. Il plus comunque, e motivo per ritornarci in futuro, è sicuramente il personale tutto della struttura, con particolare elogio alle attenzioni per i clienti di tutti gli addetti alla ristorazione, che non ti seguono, ti coccolano! Sicuramente merito di chi li sceglie e poi imposta il lavoro, ma presi anche singolarmente veramente tutti carinissimi e gentilissimi. Suggerisco alla proprietà di investire un qualcosa ogni anno nella struttura, e soprattutto di tenersi molto stretto il personale....

Albergo un pochino datato ma nel complesso piacevole. Ottima posizione fronte mare e in centro. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato la posizione e la terrazza per la colazione e la cena. Lo consiglio vivamente

Non posso condividere le recensioni negative che ho letto. Si forse l’hotel, le camere risultano un po’ “vecchiotte” ma non la trovo una cosa così grave. Siamo davvero stati benissimo. L’hotel ha spazi enormi e anche la piscina. Formula pensione completa.. abbiamo mangiato tantissimo e benissimo. Buffet di antipasti, buffet di primi, buffet di secondi e buffet di dolci e frutta (quindi puoi mangiare quello che vuoi e quanto vuoi). Super.. complimenti allo chef. Personale davvero super gentile. L’hotel è in una posizione bellissima, direttamente sul mare (bisogna solo attraversare una strada appena usciti dal cancello dell’hotel). La spiaggia davanti alterna spiagge attrezzate a spiagge libere. Mare stupendo. Se torniamo all’isola d’Elba sicuramente torneremo qui

Hotel vecchio … a dispetto del prezzo carissimo (oltre 250 a notte) si tratta di una struttura brutta, vesusta e scadente. Ricorda un luogo di vacanza come ai tempi delle colonie manca in stanza solo il letto a castello. Surplus prezzo per presenza balcone … pare una piccionaia. Personale insulso !!! Nn tornerò mai più

Tolle Lage des Hotels. Strandnähe und doch zentral zur Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Abendmenue. Einziges negatives: der Fernseher ist eine Katastrophe. Aber braucht man den im Urlaub, ich glaube nicht.
