Hotel America

I have been staying here with my family since September 2nd 2023 and we will stay until Saturday 9th. I can say that the owners are fantastic people who welcome you and make you feel at home. Stunning room with a view of the town and sea. Excellent kitchen and room cleaning, qualified staff Massimiliano known as Ugo by us 🤣🤣 Raffaele, muna always available, cheerful and polite. They recommend it

There were four of us in the sea view suite, nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff, but a lot to say about the owners. An experience to forget, the owners were unavailable and very rude, we lost a day and a half of our holiday through their fault, first of all due to a check-in at 4.00 pm so we practically lost a day, but despite this, our room was given to us after a day and a half of vacation, having been occupied by the owners themselves by people who were already on site. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN IN A HOTEL AFTER ONE PAYS AND FIRST OF ALL IN ADVANCE, ALL OF THIS IS ABSURDITY. THEY FILLED US WITH LIES ONLY BECAUSE THEY SAW US GUYS, AND THIS WAS ALSO TOLD TO US SO LET'S LIKE IT AHAHAHAHA. DO NOT GO THERE, NOT RECOMMENDED!

I stayed 10 days with my family in this hotel. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms, owners and staff friendly and always present and helpful, excellent location for both the beach and the center, both reachable with a walk. The breakfast is good, the dinner dishes are of excellent quality and very varied. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back!

4 star hotel? I'm sorry but it barely deserves two, just for the location and cleanliness of the rooms, for the rest it is absolutely to be discarded. I'll start by saying that there were 4 of us, and specifically 4 guys. Which they took advantage of to make fun of us from the first moment. Moral of the story, booking in June well in advance, we arrive there and our SEA VIEW SUITE, paid dearly and bitterly, was not available but obviously without telling us the truth from the beginning, that is, that it was still occupied... they contradicted each other them at the reception, each a different lie. They placed us in two different rooms, a tiny one where two bags couldn't fit, this at 5pm on the first day, our room was given to us after a day and a half and so I can imagine the inconvenience, especially due to a question of timing and of accommodation in your room. Since after the first night we had to close our suitcases and then move to the one we booked well in advance. Having said that, no apologies on their part, they didn't make themselves available for anything (I'm talking about the owners) and the staff at the reception, very cold and detached and at the end of the stay they even had the courage to say in a rude way obviously that there was no no inconvenience was created, but on the contrary they had been too good to us, even giving us two rooms.. Furthermore, not at all hospitable, not at all useful for various information on the place etc.. Ahh and in all of this the swimming pool was not very well looked after. everything, both in terms of cleanliness and 'furnishings' and the very poor breakfast with tables always dirty, I reiterate that it doesn't deserve 4 stars at all. NOT RECOMMENDED AT THE MAXIMUM
