We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at this property.
The entire lobby and our room were permeated by a strong urine odor, worsened by a malfunctioning bathroom vent that left the space unpleasant and unhygienic.
The bathroom itself was dirty, and cigarette butts were found on the patio table.
The property overall felt more like an under-maintained warehouse than a guest-friendly accommodation.
We had to drag and carry our luggage up and down the stairs as there was no lift available.
There appeared to be a severe shortage of staff, and the front desk personnel were unskilled and unhelpful.
In our room, the bed had a broken leg, there was no trash bin, and at first only two towels we found for four guests.
Overall, the place felt unlivable, and in our opinion, the rent should not exceed USD 50 per night, considering the condition and level of service provided.

The Hotel is old but well preserved and it is very well located. It's supously alowed to smoke (everything) inside the hotel, what is highly unpleasant for non smokers.
Although the service is friendly, it's poor, in our experience we had no body towels in the room and after I request it, I still had to wait a couple of hours to receive the towells which were in the laundry.

The air conditioner in the room is very loud and a bit noisy.
The hotel only has 24-hour cancellation, which is not flexible.
But the view outside the room is very good.

Situated not far from the beach. Room with a view of the terrace - this means with a view of the road and cars. Not a cozy hotel, the rooms are somehow uncomfortable, the refrigerator is next to the toilet, everything is shabby, breakfast - coffee and porridge! Didn't like anything in this hotel. The price is too high!
