Maintenance in room was needed. The night shade was detached from roller at both ends. Allowed light in from parking lot. Desk light fixture was broken. Strike plate for bathroom door was hanging down. All easy fixes—and needed!

Tracy was exactly the kind of person you want your guests to have first contact with. She was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She is themost important reason i will defjnately be coming when when traveling.

the paint was peeling in my room. The towels look dingy and the bed looked unattractive. the mattress need to be changed out due to the ware of it. However, I didnt stay all night because i was so uncomfortable. I wanted to just have some quiet time and I could have gotten it. But I couldnt get comfortable. I left at 830pm the ladies we gathered infront of the service desk they saw me. But I said good night and proceeded to my car. It just needs a little TLC...

Check in was fine but the glass partition should have been a good warning. Room was filthy when I arrived didn't bother to unpack. I will say the bed was clean and tidy. From the pools to the ice machines to the elevators almost everything's busted or on its way out.
Way too many bad stories and having to clean my own room for a 24-hour stay. Avoid if you can

The stay was wonderful! The room was clean, incredibly comfortable and the service was exceptional. I had seen a few reviews prior that were less than accommodating and it made me nervous as to our stay. I’m not sure what their expectations were or their experience but ours was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars for me.

Although the room faced the highway it was very quiet to sleep. Water pressure in shower was AWESOME
