Disappointing. The pool was closed during our stay, but no one communicated that in advance. Even during check-in, not one word about the pool being closed and I had two kids with me - obviously, they wanted to go swimming. We get to our room, change, and head downstairs to find a sign on the door to the pool stating it was closed. I asked the front desk clerk, who informed me the pump was damaged during a recent power surge and they were waiting on parts to fix it. That's fine, I get it, but no communication prior to or even during our stay?! Not acceptable. Do better, Hampton! My fault for booking a non-refundable room on *******. Lesson learned.

Hotel was conveniently located. It was clean. Pillows need replaced. Had to unplug mini fridge as it ran all the time and made some ungodly noises.

Hotel was clean. Staff was wonderful. Thankful for the free bottled water and the tooth brush, as I left mine at home.
Only complaint is there was little sound barrier between rooms. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay

The room was very clean. Great breakfast spread options. Walkable distance across the parking lot to Panera, Bob Evans, McDonalds, and a gas station across the street. There is an outdoor patio with seating and fireplace, as well as a great maintained pool inside.

Wonderful staff -- very helpful and professional! The breakfast was really terrific -- so much better than many other hotels, especially as it is included. Would definitely recommend this hotel highly!!
