Stay was good, Staff was very good. Hotel, itself seems dated and not too contemporary. Rooms and furnitures were very dark and dated.
Price was on the high side for what you get. Also could hear people next door all night through the wall. I would stay again if not so high in prices.

Yall told me i would get what I requested but when i got there that wasn't the case....i requested two queens but got a king and pull out i needed two beds because i have two kids plus my wife please confirm next time with my request i promise this will not happen again with me

I stayed one night at this hotel, but I was disappointed with the outdated facilities in the hotel room. Because there was no bathtub; only a shower with a titled floor which might slip a person and injure a disabled person. I felt uncomfortable feeling during the shower. Additionally, the towels were filthy but the hotel price was so high compared to other hotels. This hotel is needed to renovate hotel facilities, please.

The lobby was very cozy and pretty. The room we had wasn’t great. The fridge was leaking and the curtain covers were falling down. For the price we paid we expected less damage in the room.

I chose the contactless check in. The room I picked was ready on the app but then wouldn't let me in with the digital key. They ended up switching my room and the digital key again didn't work. I had to go to the front desk for the key cards. About an hour later, housekeeping comes in without knocking and then apologized. On the next morning, housekeeping comes again knocking at 10am even though I had the do not disturb. I get dressed to answer the door and then they apologize and say they will come back later. check out wasn't until 12pm.
