Kasa Scottsdale North Phoenix

easy check in process, spacious room and clean apartment with tons of nice amenities. i really enjoyed that my boyfriend and i coupd uneind after hiking all day and hang out on our private patio. the unit was clean and we had a great time staying with kasa.

Easy check in process. Loved the layout of the 2 bedroom unit we stayed in. It was perfect for a quick weekend couples trip, Coffee in the unit was a nice touch so we could all wake up slowly. I really enjoyed the pool, gym, and access to all the shopping around the building. The unit was clean and made for a great stay!

Our stay was great. We saw some reviews that complained about the check in policy being confusing and the maze-like layout of the building, but it really wasn’t too bad. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we wanted. We took advantage of the huge gym, the hot tub and the pool. The best feature is the proximity to great shopping and dining - all within close walking distance. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful property and room in a great location. It is a big building, but the hallways had signs explaining where to go to find our room. The pool and other amenities were awesome as well. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Scottsdale.

Room 2002 is a very nice 2 bd/2bth unit located directly over the front entrance. Unfortunately, it is also located directly under the expansive 3rd floor fitness area, specifically under the dumbbell area. So there were a few times the ceiling literally shook as weights were dropped on the floor. Be advised (not the owners fault) that there is a lot of car noise outside from hot rods and ****** on the road. We brought a fan for white noise which helped immensely. The unit was impeccably appointed and spotless. The cleaning group did a great job and the owner undoubtedly spends some good money on keeping the unit in nice shape. Nearly every opportunity for "smart" living has been taken. Except, strangely, there were no TVs (smart or otherwise) in the bedrooms. There were large, empty walls where the TVs should have been. After clearly spending so much on everything else I am at a loss to explain why someone didn't spend $300 for two relatively inexpensive appliances! With all that said, I would definitely consider staying there again. With bedroom TVs, it wouldn't even be a question.

This Kasa is AMAZING! Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife - there is never a shortage of things to do! The Kasa is a home away from home so you can also stay in to rest and recharge. The onsite amenities such as a pool really make this place a must-see! I highly recommend a stay here!
