Nice little oasis in Marienbad. Service is not quite 5*, would better meet the expectations as a 4*. The pool was nice and peaceful (only a few people there). It was very clean everywhere. The Spa treatments did not meet 5* standards and were over priced for the quality. Absolutely great breakfast when it comes to food quality, but again, service was inattentive for a 5* hotel. Nice hotel, but unfortunately not worth the price.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet area with lots of things to see and do within walking distance. As one might anticipate from a five-star hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, cordial, and efficient. Beautiful room with incredibly comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and a fantastic view were all included. Before supper, we especially loved sipping drinks on the lovely bar terrace. The restaurant is spacious but elegant, and the dinner buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of delectable dishes. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. I would gladly suggest it to anyone visiting Marianske Lazne because of the excellent staff and delightful atmosphere.

I spent three days with my husband over 2024 new year holidays and everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms, the meals that were real works of art and generous, to the kind and friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Our dog was with us and the stay at the Falkensteiner hotel was a real pleasure for our pet as well. There is a Alexandra spring within the hotel. Kudos to the organization, we will definitely be back

Very nice hotel, perfect match between old & new style, great spa and pool aera, food was delicious, staff very friendly. Best place to relax and restore. We had a suite in Villa Ferdinand with our 2 teenage kids, space enough for everyone. Falkesteiner never dissapoints us!

Our time in the hotel was really great!! Me and my sister donated the stay for mum’s 70 birthdays and everything was perfect. The food is luxurious, the staff is very nice throughout the hotel. The wellness center is absolutely godly. Thanks!!

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marienbad - is definitely one of the best hotels in Czech Republic. I was carefuly selecting a hotel for medical spa treatment and I made a great choice. The hotel has amazing spa facilities, excellent & qualified therapists and great service. I have to mention their breakfast with huge choice of healthy & tasty meals, excellent dinners and attentive staff at the restaurant. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an excellent QUALITY and perfect place for relaxation. I would like to thank the whole hotel management for their great job and efforts. I hope to have an opportunity to come back there soon!

Beautiful building, facilities proper 5 star feeling. Staff however absolutely not 5 stars at all. Terrible long check in (so bureaucratic), no empathy or interest in the guest, spa staff not friendly at all and barmanager extremely unfriendly. Terrace was closed in the evening and she pointed out that we had to leave asap. Unbelievable that this beautiful place is lacking any form of customer service. Only persons with friendly attitudes were the housekeepers.

What a Great Place!! We stayed for 3 weeks and it was the right choice. From the first steps at reception desk (Radka) to the last minute at check-out we were very happy. Really professional SPA Services led by manager Daniel. Marek from SPA management was always very helpful. Special great thanks to true medical professional Natalia Rubleva. Thank you, Angelina and Marketka (I hope spelled name correctly), also to very good ultrasound technician. Super friendly and helpful Balneo stuff Elena, Nastya, Galina. Also, special thanks to Resident Manager Marek Prokes, it was a true pleasure to share our opinions and thoughts about Falkensteiner! Now we are members of Spirit Club. One suggestion - based on geographical location, it would be helpful to run shuttle service from hotel to Kollonada. More older people will consider this SPA Resort to stay. Thanks a million! Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location but with many attractions to enjoy within walking distance. Front Desk staff as you would expect in a 5* hotel, was very efficient, friendly and helpful.. Lovely room with really comfy beds, nice bathroom and we also had a great view from our room. We particularly enjoyed to have a drink on the beautiful terrace of the bar before dinner. The restaurant is large but quite elegant and the buffet breakfast with a wide selection of delicious food and dinner, were very good. Very friendly staff and a very pleasant ambiance made it a great choice and I would be very happy to recommend to anyone visiting Marianske Lazne.
