Loved this very inexpensive accommodation. It operates like an AirB&B, with 10 or so, very clean rooms in an apartment block ; situated on the corner of the lovely square. The rooms were recently renovated and well appointed. We were walking from Inca and expected far less for the ~€40. Great comms. We were sent a code to the door. The room was open, with the key on the desk. Two comfortable single beds, pushed together. Room downstairs to store bicycles. Right on the square, near the fantastic Ca's Xigaler Restaurant. Highly recommended for a short stay; especially if on a budget.

Easy check-in, nice facility (upper floor outside), everything comfortable, the environment is local and chilled. Sadly, the often mentioned, noisy, aircon cannot cope with the small enough room. Instead I needed to keep the fan running through the night.

Lovely room.
The check-in and check-out had very clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my stay.
Word of warning, do take a video of the room when you check in to avoid being harassed by the management about missing items. I was repeatedly asked about missing crystal glasses and to pay for them. Said glasses weren't even in the room throughout my stay and I know this because I was also searching for any cups or drinkware so that I can make some cold coffee. Maybe just a bad day for the staff, I think.
Also, be careful where you park your car. Parking in the spaces around the centre in front of the hotel will get you a ticket.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights but only stayed one night as I did not feel safe. There was a party until 02:30 with people running up and down the stairs shouting and laughing. There is no reception here and no security. There is a telephone number which is only located on the ground floor! You are not informed of this before hand. When I found the number the next day and called a voice message said the number was not available and to try later! They had my name wrong on the booking and took no passport details so had no ideal who I was.
