This place exceeds any expectations beyond words. The place is situated in the heart of Margate's old town, 2 mins from the sandy beach too, the bed , wow we've not slept that good in years ! Restaurant left and right and a great pub next door too . We will be back very soon !! JJ & JJ

We stayed in the suite, room 7, and loved it. The quality of the bed/pillows was a good as any I've had in a Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton and the bathroom was superb with good quality shower gel/shampoo. The location in the Old Town is perfect and the hosts were so helpful; they changed a flickering lightbulb in minutes and were quick and friendly with responses. We'd love to come back

This is a beautifully refurbished historic townhouse right in the centre of Margate. The rooms are finished with very high quality fixtures and fittings, some individual pieces of vintage furniture, and stylish decor. It was spotlessly clean on our visit! Excellent value for money and perfectly located for the beach and the Turner Contemporary gallery.

Beautiful hotel, we were met by Mark on our arrival he was friendly and very helpful. The Old Town House is set in a great location restaurants, shops and the beach. We went to Dreamland for a concert and had a fabulous time. We would definitely book here again.

Anne & Mark were gracious hosts & the room was absolutely stunning with beautiful decor. The beds were so comfortable. We had fun at the beach & pubs. Beach is a short walk & we enjoyed watching the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel & hope to visit again!

My partner and I recently stayed at this incredible hotel, and it was one of the nicest places we’ve experienced. The air conditioning was brilliant, perfect for the heatwave, and the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The shower was fantastic, adding to the overall comfort. The check-in process was simple and easy, and having the room key on my phone was very convenient. We couldn’t fault a single thing and highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and hassle-free stay.

Gave us a box room when was supposed to be deluxe at £220 for 1 night.... absolute rip off!!! Complained and got offered a free upgrade when we book next time...there won't be a next time!! Make sure you don't get stung aswell... really disappointed

Amazing! Perfect location and a beautiful room & bathroom. Quiet. Comfy bed. Amazing hosts. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a blissful stay in Margate! You’re a hop skip & a jump away from gorgeous independent shops, bars and restaurants. Check out Positive Retail and Angela’s!
