Food is scarce and the electricity goes out, but it's not the hotel's fault, there are too few guests for a large buffet and the electricity disappeared all over the island

Wonderful location on one of the nicest beaches on the island but the place is very run down. The staff on the other hand are great and work tirelessly to please the customers. The biggest negative was the food, very little variety and lesser quality.

Overall very good stay with serious effort by staff (manuel, eric, alexandra, gilbert, Luis and chamber ladies) but need more staff to attend for a ture all inclusive all the time. Pools great, when open sauna and weight room good, restaurants good to very good, and faicilites ok but a bit run down. Please do not book with Oasis travel that are recommended by hotel. both days had less than promised performance and attractions and especially dolphin VIP tour. that all said, the staff and beach salvaged the trip and we enjoyed. We will go back to Margarita byut not Hesperica

We are currently in this hotel! We came with our family for a vacation! From the first seconds you understand - you are not welcome! ((( No music, no welcoming smiles, no cocktails and fruits upon check-in! Then: the rooms are old (bungalows), everything is very shabby, the plumbing is barely alive, water is not always and not everywhere, electronic locks are constantly demagnetized - it is impossible to get into your room! Restaurant (food) - a small selection of food, made it to breakfast by 7 am - lucky, ate porridge, stayed late - eat beans or what's left! A similar story for lunch and dinner - the meat is gone and no one cares! The staff does not know how or is not able to calculate the required volume of products for the guests present! (There is soup - no spoons, there is milk - no cereal, there is tea in bags - no boiling water). 😱 The hotel clearly has a strict economy mode! (((( no salt, no pepper, no paper napkins ………….(((((((((((((( ANIMATION - THERE IS NO ONE((( after dinner life stops. There is no bar on the beach (((( 😡👎 Cockroaches the size of a mouse walk around the rooms 🤦♂️ The staff shrugs at any requests!

It is no longer the Hesperia Hotel that it was years ago. Most of the facilities are neglected, buildings and restaurants are closed and abandoned. The area that has been restored is nice, however the rooms leave a lot to be desired, old decoration, broken furniture, the bathroom does not have enough water and there is no hot water. The only saving grace is the main pool, which is cool, and the service is very good. The food is average, tasteless and repetitive.

The hotel is in deplorable condition, the buffet food was repeated every day and there was no variety, they even served raw chicken. There was no beach service, nor enough sun loungers or umbrellas for guests, nor enough towels to be able to change them every day. I do not recommend this hotel for staying, much less with a family like we did, nor do I recommend Navicu, which was the agency that “advised” us on making this purchase.
