O residencial é novo, muito bonitinho e bem localizado (perto de tudo). Está mobiliado e equipado com o suficiente p uma boa estadia. Infelizmente coisas q vão quebrando ou estragando não vão sendo consertadas. Há eletrodomésticos disponíveis p uso q carecem de tomadas adequadas a amperagem deles. A internet wi fi é captada das unidades vizinhas e não funciona bem no andar superior. Retornos do zelador e da equipe remota em SP são ágeis.

Espaço incrível. Apartamento ótimo, com estrutura perfeita, camas novas e colchões confortáveis. Parte da cozinha completa, com louças novas e de qualidade.
E na rua do condomínio tem padaria, mercearia, lojinha, casa de bebidas, que dá para para ir a pé.
Recomendo muito!
