O local é muito lindo, tem um deck gostoso que avança sobre a lagoa, e o quarto em que fiquei tinha uma bela vista. O atendimento é bom, e o café da manhã bem variado. A pousada precisa de investimento e limpeza. Atrás da mesa do café tem uma espécie de mesa, feita de concreto e colada à parede, tão suja e cheia de lixo que não tive coragem de colocar minha xícara em cima, para poder ficar com as mãos livres. O chão e as paredes também tinham muito limo. No caminho para o meu quarto tinha uma água de nascente vertendo permanentemente no piso, que já estava com limo, deveria ser canalizada para deixar o piso seco. Na entrada do meu quarto tinha uma abertura na parede, onde pude ver um animal não identificado, talvez um rato ou sapo. Peguei um quarto com hidromassagem, mas o fluxo de água era tão pequeno que desistimos de encher. O colchão era king size, mas muito duro, como os travesseiros. No banheiro não havia sequer um único cabide para pendurar as toalhas, coisa básica. Tinha uma janela só com vidro e sem cortina no quarto, tirando a privacidade e deixando muito claro para dormir.

O local é lindo as acomodações também. Os chalés então! Só achei com cara de abandono. As áreas sujas . Os quartos com cheiro de mofo. Precisa melhorar. Pois lá é muito lindo. Os funcionários atenciosos . A vista da lagoa é muito linda. Dar pra relaxar bastante.

Quero dizer que a pousada maravilhosa lugar perfeito café da manhã maravilhoso os funcionários super educado os Donos maravilhoso ontem mim hospedei com meus amigos só não gostei de um certo pessoal o qual sabia que não podia consumir as bebidas deles na área do restaurante como em nenhum lugar permiti e assim que agente faz as receba são passado logo pra gente aí essas pessoas com baixaria falando mal e falando coisa com o dono mas quero dizer que super recomendo tô 5 estrelas lugar maravilhoso encomendo muito obrigado a todos da paradiso tropical pela recepção

Ontem estava hospedados na pousada e assistir uma cena horrível, o cara trabalhando o dia inteiro, sendo chincado por 10 pessoas, só porque disse que não poderia levar a a bebida deles para a área do restaurante, que tem placa informando que não pode alimentos e bebidas
