Este hotel paraíso tropical ! É um excelente hotel pra quem tá procurando, um lugar : tranquilo, com um vista pra lago , área verde linda , um verdadeiro hoasis, um paraíso!! Com café da manhã, estacionamento grátis, sala de jogos , playground, wifi Um lugar lindo e tranquilo,!! Vale a pena passar suas férias!! Achei razoável, quando cheguei com meu esposo o chão do quarto estava todo molhado. Sem contar que o nosso quarto ficava embaixo de um pé de árvore e foi a madrugada inteira caindo como se fosse pedira no telhado e nos assustamos a noite toda. A piscina é muito pequena. Pode melhorar com reparos nas instalações e troca de equipamentos e manutenção nos apartamentos.

O local é muito lindo, tem um deck gostoso que avança sobre a lagoa, e o quarto em que fiquei tinha uma bela vista. O atendimento é bom, e o café da manhã bem variado. A pousada precisa de investimento e limpeza. Atrás da mesa do café tem uma espécie de mesa, feita de concreto e colada à parede, tão suja e cheia de lixo que não tive coragem de colocar minha xícara em cima, para poder ficar com as mãos livres. O chão e as paredes também tinham muito limo. No caminho para o meu quarto tinha uma água de nascente vertendo permanentemente no piso, que já estava com limo, deveria ser canalizada para deixar o piso seco. Na entrada do meu quarto tinha uma abertura na parede, onde pude ver um animal não identificado, talvez um rato ou sapo. Peguei um quarto com hidromassagem, mas o fluxo de água era tão pequeno que desistimos de encher. O colchão era king size, mas muito duro, como os travesseiros. No banheiro não havia sequer um único cabide para pendurar as toalhas, coisa básica. Tinha uma janela só com vidro e sem cortina no quarto, tirando a privacidade e deixando muito claro para dormir.

O local é lindo as acomodações também. Os chalés então! Só achei com cara de abandono. As áreas sujas . Os quartos com cheiro de mofo. Precisa melhorar. Pois lá é muito lindo. Os funcionários atenciosos . A vista da lagoa é muito linda. Dar pra relaxar bastante.
