Raymar Mardin's hotel experience, we discovered with Sevener trusm, along with the Cypriot waters, thanks to the co-operation of Coral tour. The combination of luxury quality and cleaning under the authentic structure of the hotel is a great point of appreciation. In the answer to all the desires and requests that can be asked, the quality and position of Mardin and its place are good. While the workers are primarily all, health is the work of everyone.

Öncelikle ailenizle ve arkadaşlarınız ile gönül rahatlığı ile gidebileceğiniz bir otel. Otelin ulaşımı konumu itibari ile gezeceğiniz birçok  yere yakın. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

I chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a 10/10 aesthetically however the challenge starts entering into the hotel. There are about 100 steps uphill and zero vehicle access into the vicinity of the hotel. Reception staff 10/10 two of the staff members met us at the car park about 500meters away and carried our suitcases to the hotel room. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly attentive and extremely nice 10/10 Our hotel room was extremely authentic, clean and mesmerising 10/10. Bathroom was the biggest problem. Cosmetically 10/10 however practicality 2/10. You couldn’t swing a cat. I’m small so I could move around freely but for a bigger person GOOD LUCK. The hand towel hoop ended up on the floor. The hand basin very pretty was small and as a female I had no where to place all my toiletries and hair straightener. I had to place it in the sink. 1/10. The shower well the hand held unit kept falling off its hook and when the shower curtain was closed inside the shower was impossible to see 0/10 extremely claustrophobic. I had to request a iron nil in room. I didn’t realise that the Nescafé machine was used to heat the water for tea. The coffee cups were not replaced back into my room after I left them in the courtyard. Breakfast was the main reason why I gave a 3 star. It was amazing !! Best breakfast ever I mean the BEST. I wondered why I paid so much for This hotel? I think it was for the breakfast spread I paid for. 10/10. Value for money $415aud a night 3/10. Yes it’s a pretty hotel but I seriously don’t believe it’s worth it.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful mansion and words alone cannot express our experience. A truely unforgettable one. The attention to detail, cleanliness, spotless bathroom, presentation of rooms, delicious cuisine, and the most kindest and considerate staff I have come across in Turkey. Genuine hospitality like we have never experienced before. Our needs were met in every way and beyond, right down to organising a private driver to tour us, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit in our short stay. Honestly there is no way this could have been achieved without your help and effort. I am most greatful for having crossed paths with you all, Mr Mahmut Bey, Mr Servet Bey, Mrs Dilber Hanim and our most attentive Mr Bulent Bey who served us breakfast every morning and made us feel so special as well as the chef and cleaning staff… and heartfelt thanks to Mr Kiasim Bey for driving us and showing us all around Mardin and Midyat. Thank You for everything you all did for us, it was very much appreciated! Our holiday in Turkey this time was 2 months long visiting many different locations and places, all the way from Australia. Mardin however was something else, and really stood out amongst the rest. If you are looking for a historical & culturally rich experience please don’t bypass this place, but especially don’t overlook this mansion. I must add that we dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and the the food was like nothing we have experienced during our times in Turkey. This was definitely on another level. Absolutely delicious, using the finest of products and quality that is truely unsurpassed . After your stay, I can assure you, you will not leave disappointed but feeling overwhelmed by the beauty and charm of this place. I personally was left emotional and humbled by the history of this place, the heartfelt hospitality and the kindness of each and every staff member. I look so forward to comming back ❤️ Heartfelt thanks Sylvia .

A beautiful hotel! In the center of the old city. Nearby taxis, buses, shops, the main area of the city, lots of restaurants, archaeological museum, tour desk. The hotel price is not very high. Breakfast is small but delicious and saturated. Hotel is very authentic, such folklore, colorful. I love such places. Staff is very nice and friendly. We had a nice, cozy, quiet room. Very good mattresses. Tea, coffee, water in the room. On the third floor, an open track with views of Mardin and Syria.
