I stayed for two days and had no inconveniences. Minibuses run frequently to the old city center, so I used them often. I don't feel the need to mention it because the employees are friendly everywhere.

It was a wonderful hotel. We stayed 1 night while we were on tour.We had a great traditional dinner. Very nice breakfast. The rooms were fully equiped and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming again.wouldnt stay anywhere ekse if ı come to Mardin again.thank you for a lovely experience

It deserves the high rating due to high standards including service, helping staff, really clean and convenient. High speed Wi-Fi, free covered car park, nice and clean rooms and delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurant. The location is good also a quiet place.

Location is perfect it is in the city center and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, malls and banks. Public transport very close. Rooms are a little small but decorated in oriental style which looks fine. Breakfast enough, staff helpfull

I stayed at this hotel for a few days for a training organization. The rooms, the restaurant are spotless, the attention is excellent. While eating, a friend of mine coughed and water spilled onto us without us wanting it. Food and breakfast are also good. There are examples of stone work in some of the rooms. The location was also good. There are stops within walking distance in the old Mardin region, I was able to go there by bus. If I come to Mardin again, I would like to stay here again.
