Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

I had a room with a wonderful balcony view for two nights. I also enjoyed the views at breakfast on their roof terrace. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Everything in the room worked and there was plenty of space to unpack. Babil Konagi is in a prime location, within walking distance to all the points of interest in old Mardin. I appreciated the quiet simplicity here - nothing overdone. I only wish I could have stayed a few more nights, as Mardin is a wonderful place to wander, and this hotel is a charming mid-range place to stay.

The hotel is pretty tired and dated but maybe fitting being in Old Mardin. Not sure how it compares to other hotels here. I’d say it was expensive for what it is if it weren’t for our room’s absolutely amazing balcony and the views it provides across the Mesopotamian plain. Fantastic. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel location is good , walking distance to everywhere . Except this , Will not say anything possitive. Let me start for room ; room was totaly dirty and requested from housekeeping to clean.bath room was terrible , no shower area and everywhere got wet after shower and very slippy. Heating system was working so loudly. Breakfast was so so . Overall didnt enjoy. Doesnt deserve the money which i paid.

Hotel has perfect location-in the heart of Old Mardin city. All famoust place are very near - max 5 min. The staff who welcome is was very friendly and helpful. Room-very comfortable and clean, with very nice and spacious bathroom. Clean, quiet and nice hotel with very kind staff. Special thank you to the CIO of the hotel, who made our staff better. We will back soon.

Amazing hotel in Mardin
My friend and I visited Mardin during a snowstorm. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. In short they were very accommodating and hospitable….. They were extremely helpful with parking and retrieving our car during deep snow conditions. The room was very comfortable and I loved the restroom with big shower. The views from the room was amazing. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully… but truly the gem of the hotel is the GM. We shall be returning again and again.

Very comfortable and cosy place to stay in the historic center of Mardin. Big, very clean and comfortable rooms. Big bathroom. Very good breakfast. Nice service. Very convincent place for a holiday in the middle of historical Mardin. Great Roofterrace for Sundowner and just to relax
