Even though we went to Mardin during bad weather conditions, the hotel staff and manager Mr. Tarık welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we were stranded on the road in blinding fog and heavy rain, they welcomed us from the road and immediately offered us hot tea to make us comfortable and happy. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, thank you very much 🙏🏼.. We are planning to go again in the spring, we will never stay in another hotel.. We were very pleased and comfortable.. We couldn't say goodbye to Mr. Tarık when we left, but we send endless love to everyone from here. I send my greetings again.. This world is turning around for the sake of such beautiful and good people, I'm glad to have you 🙏🏼 Thank you so much for your help on behalf of my aunt and me🙏🏼

Ailecek kaldığımız çok güzel bir konak otel. Aynı zamanda eski Mardin'de şehrin kalabalığından uzak rahat bir nefes alabileceğiniz tarihi bir yapı. 3 gece konakladık, uygun fiyatı, sınırsız kahvaltı ve içecek imkanlarıyla çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle otelin müdürü Mustafa bey tüm misafirlerine çok ilgili, her isteğimizi hemen halletti sağolsun. Eylül veya Ekim aylarında tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Yine adresimiz Fairouz Konak hotel.

Sıcak,samimi ,temiz ve de çok güzel enerjisi olan bir yerdi.Herkes çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştı.Hersey çok güzeldi.bir daha gelip en az 3 gün kalmayı planlıyorum.kesinlikle araya sıkıştırılacak bir yer değil.fiyati da verilen hizmete göre uygundu

Lovely, clean hotel. Rooms were well equipped with toiletries and slippers. Beautiful building with such character set on many different levels. Great buffet breakfast, with many traditional choices and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend- thank you

Mardin old town is a remarkable destination - fabulous architecture, great shopping, many wonderful restaurants, and world renown historic sites nearby. We stayed at Fairouz Konak Otel, which we would highly recommend - it is a historic building in the heart of Mardin old town, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores, We were welcomed by our thoughtful host with delicious offerings of food and drink; he was able to answer all our questions about his city. The hotel was memorable for its charming rooms, fantastic panoramic views from many terraces, delicious breakfasts, and excellent host and staff, We highly recommend a visit to Mardin and a stay at Fairouz Konak Otel!

Nicest owner ever! Mr Tarik Altun has been so nice, helpful and client oriented! The atmosphere of old city, real ancient house/rooms ( more than 700 years old) and amazing design makes it a must visit for us. Room is very clean and very comfortable. Hotel located in the center of old Mardin.
