Disappointing
The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again.

This historic, monastic hotel is a beautiful place. The staff were helpful and we had a generous breakfast. The views from the terrace were fantastic! The standard room we stayed in had some wonderful features: parts of the the monastic stone building and interesting artefacts. The other amenities were adequate for a night.

Horrible experience!! Avoid staying in this hotel at all cost. Miserable cavelike rooms, worst than hostel. Staff was utterly nasty and unhelpful. Asked for a hair dryer several times, as the one in the bathroom was not working, but was simply ignored. Food is barely there, looks like leftovers from previous months. No concept of hygiene, most facilities had no update since 13th century 😢 Bed was broken, squashed smelly mattress and half pillow, tried to obtain a second one, but was told I had enough.

Pislik icinde rutubet kokusu çalışmayan dolap klima olmayan su kedilerin icinde kahvaltı yikanmamis havlu ve çarşafla paranızla rezil oluyorsunuz

Kahvaltı rezalet,patates kızartması değil patates haşlamasi yiyosunuz.ceşit hiç yok. Çok pis ve ilgisizler. Tuvaletlerin kilitleri yok. Çocuğumun kafasına klima kapağı düştü. Çarşaflar vasat. Odalardaki televizyonlar çqlışmiyordu.kisacasi hayatımda böyle rezalet otel görmedim. Cok şükür ki yatak vardı yatabildik. O konuda tedirgin olmayın

Online rezervasyon yaptım. Gitmeden rezervasyonumu telefonla teyit ettim geç giriş yapacağımı söyledim. sorun yok dediler. Gecenin bir otele ulaştığımda rezervasyonum da karışıklık olduğu için beni başka bir otele yönlendireceklerini belirttiler. Kabul etmemem halinde rezervasyonu iptal edeceği söylendi. Benim rezervasyon yaptığım odayı başka bir tura satmışlar. Gece yer bulamadığım için yönlendirilen otelde kaldım ancak çok kalitesiz kötü şartlarda konaklama durumunda kaldım. Şöyle düşünün banyonun içinde su birikiyordu. Yine gece otel yönetimi tarafından telefonla arandım ve neden şikayet ettiğim hesabı sorulmaya kalkıldı. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranızla rezil olmak ne ise onu yaşadım

5 kişilik aile odası oldukça genişti. Fakat bu oda otelin ana binasından 3 dk yürüme mesafesi uzağındaki başka bir binada yer alıyordu. Mardin mimarisindeki bir taş ev odasıydı. Dolayısıyla yüksek tavanlı ve oda havalandırmasının çok iyi olmadığı söylenebilir. Fakat odadaki klima ve eski ahşap oda kapısıyla havalandırma sağlanabilir. İşlek bir yol kenarında olduğu için araba sesleri belirgin şekilde duyulabiliyor. Banyolar içerde ve havalandırma yeterli olmadığı için nem ve yer yer küf vardı. Kahvaltı fena değildi, açık büfe fakat çeşit azdı yorumlarıma katılıyorum. Biz bir gece konaklama için tercih ettik. Uzun konaklama için ideal olmayabilir.

Personel ***et lakayit, otel bakımsız ve pis di. Nevresimler havlular bildiğin kirliydi, neyseki yanımızda kendi nevresim ve havlumuzu götürmüştük.
Otel mimari olarak tam bir eski kervansaray havasında, ancak; bakım, temizlik, personel ilgisi, servis vasatında altında idi.
Otele gitmeden önce bizde benzer yorumlar okumuştuk, ama başka yer bulamadığımızdan mecbur bu otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık.
