fist of all the service is a mess... the rooms are dirty and uncomfy - they dont clean the rooms, we didnt get any fresh towels and if we want some they just gave them in a very unfriendly way... the breakfast isnt delicious and most of the stuff are unfriendly! we dont feel comfy at all...

Oda çok küçüktü ilk defa bu kadar küçük bir otel odası gördüm fotolarla alakası yok ve temiz değildi. Merkezde olması dışında cazip bir yanı yok. İlgilenen personel saygılı efendi bi arkadaştı elinden geleni yapmaya çalıştı. Mini bar ücretliydi. Oda ücretinin hakkı bi otel değil. Gezilecek yerlere yakın sadece.

Euro üzerinde fiyat vermeyi biliyorlar ancak o kadar; otel bakımsız. Odalar da yastıklar kendilerinden geçmiş, havlular özelliğini yitirmiş delikler var..Banyolar karanlık kandil gibi ışık veriyor. Tuvaletlerde kağıtlık yok, tuvalet kağıdı lavabonun üstünde duruyor. Diğer odada duş bozuktu kendimiz tamir ettik. Kahvaltı çok zayıf, şap gibi peynir var, kahve yok, çay musluk suyu ile yapılmış. Yerel hiçbir lezzet yok. Personel yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ama imkanlar bu. Çocuk ücretsiz yazıyor ancak değil para ödüyorsunuz. 15 sene önce yine bu otelde kalmıştım, başka bir işletme vardı ve çok daha bakımlı ve iyiydi.

Muhteşem manzarası ile Mardin’in misafirperverliğini fazlasıyla hissettiren huzurlu bir konak. Bizler için ideal konumuyla harika bir seçim oldu. Nurettin Bey’e misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederim. Çok memnun kaldık.

Sakin, huzurlu bir ortam. Terasta tertemiz Mezopotamya havası. Eski Mardin dokusu ile buram buram tarih. Lezzetli kahvaltı. Enfes çay. Hızlı internet. Hızlı klima. Güleryüzlü ve ilgili,deneyimli personel. Bir gezgin daha ne istesin.

Bayram yoğunluğuna rağmen çok ilgili ve hizmet bizi çok mutlu etti .Karşılama ve uğurlama Nurettin bey’in nezaketi ile tam bir bayram keyfi oldu .Konum itibarıyla tekrar kalınabilir ..Kahvaltı ve sonrasında terasta kahve ile herşey anlamlıydı ..Bölge olarak otopark sorununa rağmen biz otelin önünde aracımızı park edebilmemiz büyük rahatlık oldu ..
