Modern comfortable accommodations with excellent staff. Breakfast fresh and lovely. New bar intimate and friendly. I would recommend visit. Airline lost our luggage and hotel helped with swift recovery. Young lady at front desk was helpful with dinner recommendations and CEO stopped to chat. Young woman at breakfast service was all smiles and helpful without English. We had fun.

Excellent stay in a nice, classical french hotel The arrival was excellent, fantastic first impression The staff, all of them were great : friendly, helpful and realy nice We got a room in the front of the hotel, so be we suffered some street noice the airco was really noisy Just a pity that in a hotel in France, breakfast is industrial baguette and frozen croissants The parking behind the hotel was really great

this was the first night of my visit to Bordeaux and I have to say it was the most uncomnfortable night I have had in a hotel anywhere and I didn't sleep a wink all night!!! The room had an odour of that horrble cleaning fluid they all seem to use, the room was exsessively hot and the bed was so uncomfortable with a worn oput mattress. The room has a "bolt on" bathroom with a step one could trip over in the night and it was very poorly situated. Also there is no Bar or Restaurant but hey do at least tell you that. The only redeeming feature was in the morning the Manager/Patron was most helpful in finding me alternative accomadtion. I have to say though, it severely blighted my trip!!!

This is a very good hotel in a great position. Very central but a quiet street. The room was quite small but very comfortable with a nice view over the local Bordeaux roof tops. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were professional and helpful .

Modern, comfortable, well located, and above all amazing staff. Élodie in particular at the front desk was caring and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast spread varied and delicious. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable night.

Very nice hotel run by charming and very accommodating people. Small room but very clean and modern, with very appreciated courtesy tray and bottle of water to fill yourself from the fountain at the reception which is a very good option respecting the environment. Many things are being done for ecology and I congratulate the establishment. Buffet breakfast, small but varied and very good quality and regional products! The room is very nicely decorated as is the bar, the lounge with piano... The wifi works very well Very central. To be recommended without a doubt.
