Very welcoming and clean residence! The strong point remains the restaurant thanks to the professional and human management of Enzo, an excellent maitre in collaboration with Sabrina... attentive and thoughtful beyond all expectations... a big applause to them and to the chef! Clean apartments, quite spacious, with everything you need. The structure is in an excellent position, you can easily reach the town center on foot, avoiding the driveway. This way you can reach the beaches of Marciana Marina (but, if desired, a shuttle service is available), the supermarket and the various restaurants with a pleasant walk. The residence is quiet, with lots of greenery, lots of parking and a beautiful view (from the bar room), there is a very convenient coin-operated washing machine and a bike rental service. We didn't eat at the property so I can't review it, but the room used appears tidy and clean. I would just try to create a play space dedicated to children, even if they just need some open space and they have fun! The residence offers very interesting weekly experiences for free (or with discounts). In this regard, the staff at the reception are very kind and helpful, just like the girls in charge of cleaning. The swimming pool is large, clean, just as the surrounding space is clean and tidy (sunbeds, umbrellas and bins always tidy). Last, but not least, the lifeguard who cheers up the hours spent in the pool! He maintains order and enforces the rules with kindness, always has a joke for everyone and gives excellent advice on local places. We will be back!
