There was no available water in the room or at the counter. Water had to be purchased.

I called the Hotel 3 times & no one answered. I needed to ask a very important question. I also had a hard time finding the entrance. The entrance doors did not look like doors.

I was disappointed that when we enter our room after checking in, we were given a king bed room instead of the two queen beds and sofa bed studio that we paid and reserved for months in advance. When I called guest services, I was told that they had a maintenance emergency and they were no other rooms clean, and they were booked so they couldn’t accommodate us. I was very upset because the reason I booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed was so that my adult son could sleep on a bed, my husband and I on the other bed and my daughter in the Queen sofa sleeper. One king bed and one sofa sleeper was not the ideal set up to have a real night after a long eventful busy day. The guest services receptionist offered me some points for the inconvenience, I have not yet received those points and I was promised they would populate in the account after check out. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Hilton’s decision to downgrade our room without prior knowledge and consideration for our family’s traveling needs. Also, our room had a lot of hair in the restroom, it hadn’t been properly cleaned.

We had such a wonderful experience. It was handicap accessible for my mother who is an amputee. Very clear, very spacious.

The couches in the room need to be replaced. Other than that it was nice.
