Settimana di Ferragosto. Valuto la struttura vecchiotta e datata, con pecche a livello di manutenzione e gestione. Chiesto cambio appartamento per odore di umidità persistente negli armadi,materassi,cuscini e lavatrice con rischio di ammalarsi (App.IBISCO),giardino con erbacce, trovato stendino in uno stato pietoso e porta asciugamani attaccato col silicone, ed anche davanti all'evidenza si negava il problema. Cambiato appartamento (BIANCOSPINO), la porta a persiana non si chiudeva con serratura e maniglia ti rimane in mano, stipite porta camera matrimoniale si staccava (sapevano del problema e non avevano sistemato), doccia che lateralmente trafila acqua allagando bagno. Quindi a chi gestisce la struttura (facendosi pagare lautamente) e vuole dare ricezione per turisti bisogna offrire struttura almeno in buono stato di manutenzione e di pulizia generale. Condizionatore che raffredda solo nell'ingresso, nelle camere da letto si squaglia. La cosa più grave e che essendo struttura ricettiva, a livello antiincendio e di sicurezza non esiste nulla e struttura non a norma, tenendo conto fornelli a Gas. Sicuramente a stessi prezzi in zona si trova di molto meglio e sicuro ed io non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Ciao a tutti, abbiamo soggiornato nel residence situato in via Ascoli Piceno n 6. Prima di tutto voglio spendere due parole per la persona che lo gestisce, Raoul, gentilissimo e super disponibile, un occhio di riguardo per tutto, si vede che fa questo mestiere da anni, professionale e molto simpatico. La struttura è ottima, abbiamo soggiornato nel bilocale dalia 3 dal 9 al 16 luglio situato al piano terra con doppio giardino, appartamento molto ampio, trovi tutto quello che ti serve lavatrice, microonde, bollitore, frullatore immersione, forno, frigo, stoviglie, piatti di ceramica e di plastica….ecc ecc, c’è tutto. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia devo dire che è OTTIMA ho trovato l’appartamento pulitissimo (un complimento alle ragazze delle pulizie). Camera ampia con armadio a ponte. Bagno ampio con box doccia rigido e non la classica tenda anti igienica. La distanza dal supermercato è di 50 mt (forse anche meno) a fianco si trova un bar per fare la colazione o pranzare con ottimi hamburger. Il mare si trova a 200 mt, ottima la convenzione con stabilimento balneare LA ROTONDA. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
