It was a wonderfully clean, comfortable hotel in the perfect location! We walked all over Salem and had easy access to all of the things we wanted to do and see, and it was such a nice walkable neighborhood we were able to stumble upon unexpected gems.

This hotel is an ideal walkable location for all of Salem. It’s clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. But there are many restaurants as well as all the attractions nearby.

Very comfortable and great convenient location - wonderful heated pool - one of the elevators did not want to work for us even with the key - the lcd screen read "error" - tried a couple of times and had a moment of thinking we might be stuck when the door would not open - then someone called for the elevator on another floor and the door opened on that floor to our relief. We got off and waited for the other elevator which worked fine.

The pool was closed for 3 days of my vacation as well as being charged 199 dollars for 12 dollars of items. There was also a parking issue having to park on second floor that had no elevator access and I’m handicapped. Overall for the price I was unhappy with the stuff that went wrong. I will not stay there again!

The window curtain was broken - I couldn't open it in the morning. The shower leaked on the floor.

This is our third time here—enjoying the up to date amenities and free breakfast. Still not thrilled with the extra $25 charge for parking. Also, every time I want to look at my email it obliges me to log in as a guest—again and again and again. Same day too! I don’t get that! Otherwise, all good!

I loved that the hotel is near to all the tourist attractions walking!!!! We parked there in there and don’t worry about the car
