Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá

I highly recommend Gran Melia Don Pepe for its exceptional service and prime location, under the direction of Roccio, Abel, and Neolia. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning, as I have been doing for the past 15 years.

My wife and I have been visiting Don Pepe for over 20 years. We had another great week there this August with our now grown-up kids. The grounds continue to be impeccable, along with the service. The management team know that they need to renovate and improve the rooms, hence the planned year-long closure for renovation this October

We went for a mini-break during which my husband celebrated a birthday, "the best ever", he declared (and he has had more than 80!) This was mostly due to the excellence of the Don Pepe Hotel (slightly enhanced by perfect weather). In every area the hotel was superb, the very comfortable room, the superb breakfast buffet which provided a wide choice of meats, cheeses, fruits plus individually cooked items, the wide choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner, but above all the friendly, high quality of service. The staff in every department, without exception, were happy to go above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction. We are left with a lovely memory, thanks to all especially the staff of the Erre restaurant.

From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest of welcomes. The hotel is stunning and we were treated like royalty-great service, special gifts and the food, red level service and location is second to none. All who work there show care, friendliness and respect and we cannot wait to return! Five star all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely wonderful hotel and amazing service! They have a great selection of food and amenities, all with the most stunning backdrop of the sea.
