It was a bit far from the centre of Marbella. The jacuzzi in the suite was broken and water was coming out from below. There was a lot of noise from other rooms. Also, I couldn't go for medical reasons and because I was taking another person, they charged them 30 euros for the name change. (Everything I write is according to what the couple who went in my place told me).

Pleasant stay here, hotel I clean and looks modern. Very noisy and not very sound proof. Have to be careful if you don’t like internal rooms but some rooms are very smart. 24/7 up stairs terrace bar Very chilled 15 minute walk to Marbella town/ nice restaurants Wouldn’t recommend the walk back late, it is situated in a industrial area

Do not go here! Tiny room with no window, walls weren’t sound proof either, awful area (surrounded by small car repair places and homeless people), no parking, rude staff! ! Cleanish room, smelt of cigarettes and would never visit again………

We stayed for the night and we were really happy with the service and accommodation. We booked the suite with the jacuzzi and it didn’t disappoint. The room was really pretty and clean on arrival and the rooftop terrace was lovely and had a jacuzzi and bar too. The location was a bit strange as it’s in the poligano but we were out at the Marbella Feria so for me it didn’t bother me there is plenty of parking and the security system was good for entering and leaving . Would go again .

La estancia fue buena. El recepcionista parecia un poco en su mundo, pero nos atendio bien. La habitacion limpia, con un jacuzzi cuadrado grande, una pequeña mesa tambien, y el detalle de leopardo en la cama fabuloso. Me gusto mucho que se podia poner musica conectado a la misma habitacion, que tenia altavoces incorporados, parecia raro pero estuvo bien. En mi ocasion no se escuchaba nada de otras habitaciones, nose si porque no habia nadie pero estuvo bien. El aire acondicionado tambien adecuado, y las ventanas tambien se podian abrir. En general la experiencia fue buena.

Personale super. Molto pulito. Silenzioso (come tutti gli alberghi). Bella terrazza con musica. Posizione strategica: con 8 euro di taxi sei in centro, in 5 minuti a piedi sei in passeggiata a mare. Zona sicura: palestre, scuole di ballo, officine, gente che lavora. Rientrati a piedi di notte tutto ok. Clientela raffinata. Due notti...saremmo rimasti ancora ma era pieno.

Se soggiorni a Marbella non puoi andare in questa zona. Ho messo 2 come voto perchè il personale è disponibilissimo h24 e meriterebbe di più. Il problema enorme è la Zona. Con mia moglie siamo stati più volte avvicinati dai barboni e personaggi poco raccomandabili alla sera tardi che sono vicino agli appartamenti. Via di ritorno sprovvista quasi del tutto di illuminazione. L'hotel è anche tutto sommato di bell'aspetto e ben tenuto ma nonostante la posizione disti circa 1 km dal centro uscire la sera diventa quasi impraticabile. Se si vuole fare una struttura in quella zona prima dovrebbe essere riqualificata!!!

Notre chambre a été annulée en arrivant à l’hôtel malgré une réservation 3 mois auparavant et confirmée. Aucune possibilité de dormir a l’hôtel le soir il a fallu trouver une solution de remplacement par nos propres moyens à 20heures le soir. Le patron n’est pas une personne de confiance.

Attitude minable nous avons fait une réservation de 3 chambres pour 6 personnes début mars 2023 pour 1 nuit fin avril 2023, arrivé sur les lieux 19h, et le responsable nous dit avoir annulé notre demande la veille de notre arrivé!!!! réservation sur booking une honte,avec numéros de téléphone et CB valide, et mail conforme.... aucune proposition de dépannage ni d’excuse du responsable, nous avons du reprendre la route plus de 2 h pour trouver un hôtel sur le bord de l'autoroute.
