So I'll start with the positives, which there aren't many. The rooms are spacious and kept relatively clean, the cleaners are very efficient. The entertainment team work very hard. That's the positives. The negatives: The rooms are kept clean but quite old and tired, lots of stains, very loud noises coming from the drains at night, they scared my little one. While the entertainment work hard and the kids disco is cute, I'm not sure what they are doing at the after show, every evening was weirder, it was like they decided two minutes before and threw something weird together, we never stayed because they just were so strange. Maybe they could just continue a disco, as the kids love it and they don't have to do much. The food is atrocious, like absolutely atrocious. Even breakfast was inedible. It's the first time I've been to a 4 star hotel in Spain that the breakfast wasn't good. It really was horrible. We stuck it out though (only breakfast) but ate out for all our other meals. The only thing I felt safe to eat was cereal, because they didn't make it. The first night we got here, it's a good bit walk to the rooms and we had no kettle in the room so i rung down and went and got one, it was very late and my little ones were wrecked and when i came back, there was no cups in the room. I've never been to a 4 star hotel that didn't have a little coffee/tea tray. The receptionist said he should have told me if I wanted a cup go back down to the bar and I have to pay for one (a deposit). This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion, it's a 2 star hotel. They will charge you for anything they can. It's ridiculous. The slides were fun but pool sun lounger space is limited and with little ones you want to be able to see, that was a bit annoying. The location is awful, on a main road, I picked it for the slides, we usually go to torremolinos and I will never come back to this area. It really is like a 2 star hotel and I like proper nice hotels that have a bit of luxury, this is not luxury.
