Very spacious apartment, with multiple bathrooms, large bedrooms, large living-room, big terrasse and a garden. Nice and functional kitchen, as well as a small laundry room. Excellent cleaning service and overall very friendly staff. The garden is so beautiful kept. Only 15 min walk from city centre. Inside gated community. Calm area.

After one week of my stay with them I came from outside I entered my apartment the door was closed the I opened it with the usual hotel electronic key card then I walked towards my room then I found the safe box was broken and my money stolen and he searched our travel luggage and our clothes was scattered around the bedroom.

This resort is amazing! the apartments are massive with underfloor heating! massive communal pool. the showers are amazing in the apartments they are like full body massage showers, free parking which is also great. i do reccomend a car though

Beautiful resort Lovely warm pool Lovely receptionist Lots of gnats! Only BBC NEWS on tv for UK guests Useless internet - the internet issue has occurred on every trip to Vasari- Do NOT come here if you need to get on the internet fir example, for work reasons

Everything beautiful, apart from the security who wouldn’t let me back into the resorts 1 exit, which is miles away from Peurto Banus ( do not be fooled by the ‘close distance to the port’) and had to sleep on a park bench, I have never even been close to this disposable behaviour and the courts will be involved. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Maria was amazing… she organised a surprise bottle of champagne and card to my parents room (ordered from England!) for their anniversary! Would definitely reccomend it made their anniversary - perfect hotel for couples and friends xxxx

The worst management ever, 100% would not recommend especially the manager *Eric Fernander* and in the reception *Paqui* I would recommend it if they change these two people Because they do not know how to deal with guests and talk to them as if they are the guests

Just arrived home after a 2 night stay here. Fast check in and room was spotless, comfy beds, huge 6 bed apartment and a great view of the pool and good aircon. Quiet location and gated security. Bar staff were friendly and the food from around the bar was quick and delicious. Reception staff were helpful, always rang a taxi for us when asked. About a 10 minute drive from the main town in Puerto Banus, 5 minute walk to a supermarket and a burger bar. We didn't walk into the town. Check out was easy, would 100% recommend and stay here again.
