Another very enjoyable stay. We have been here approximately 20 times and it feels like a second home to us. Comfortable appartments, very helpful and friendly staff, very clean, super location on the boulevard, you can almost jump in the sea from the hotel, a very relaxed garden, a terrace with views over the sea, supermarket next door, and many nice restaurants around in a very agreeable part of Marbella.

Been here 10 times.or so Every time a very agreeable stay. Staff is super. Hygiene is top. Location is great. Superb relaxing in the garden. On the sea and boulevard side. Very convenient. Two mornings we spotted dolphins from the balcony. One morning was very special when the dolphins engaged in a feeding frenzy with the sea gulls.

I have been a very good customer of Hapimag Marbella for more than 20 years, but after the incident that happened in the cafetera i am not come back. At the very beginning of the summer the new directorr raised the prices but the service has gone from bad to worse. Today we arrived at 10,40 , we sat on the terrace and ordered breakfast. At 11 we asked again for our breakfast. The waitress told us that there were crowded. We were waiting úntil 1120 ,bur nobody came. So I went inside an asked for my breakfast. The bar was full of dirty dishes and glasses It looked like a third- class place. They looked for the note, and where they founded ,they answered we don,t have croissant. No sorry, no apologies, nothing. After waiting 45 minutes in a 4 stars hotel,the waitress said, we dont have croissant. Do you think that this is a 4 stars hotel in Marbella? Do you think that you can treat customers in that way? This is a pitty, because they altas treated me well."

as always everything was the usual perfect standard at Marbella hapimag always reception welcoming all 3 JOSE'S and also restaurant staff and Antonio on the outside bar ALWAYS GOOD TO RETURN TO WHERE i HAVE VISITED OVER 35 YEARS. even if its only a few days

My only complaint would be that for the amount of service charge we paid, I would have expected the apartment to be cleaned at least once during our 10 day stay. The towels/ bedding was changed once but no apartment cleaning

We always pay a visit to Hapimag's wonderful Restaurante La Terraza while staying in Marbella. We were a party of 7 adults & 3 children, to celebrate my 70th Birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. Great menu and service, delicious food and drinks, we were well looked after by Ina and all the great staff throughout the evening. An added bonus was that there was live music on the night which was very enjoyable and appreciated by all. I would highly recommend La Terreza for lunch or evening meal , it,s reasonably priced with a great setting and sea views.
