Great location, beautiful and well kept facility, places to relax and places for kids to have fun. Restaurant on-site is fantastic and views from the marina are serine. Room was excellent and had more than expected. Close to restaurants, groceries and many other things.

Breakfast is lovely, but don’t bother pre-paying for it (it’s not a deal, so you may as well keep the flexibility). Lovely property; no disruption from renovations. Nice to be able to use the Marriott hot tub next door. Not sure what the resort fee pays for, but didn’t feel any value from that (and parking on top of that). Good location - a few places walkable; others an easy drive.

The parking was very easy and the staff were very polite..caring..really made you feel welcome. The only complaint i have is there is no microwave in the rooms.

It was great, liked the bar and restaurant. Only issue is the addition of $55 for one night parking and resort fee of $30 just to use the pool for 15mins

Property is beautiful, very nice outdoor space with nice pools. Overall a great place to stay in the
Middle keys.
Unfortunate to pay additional $20 a night for parking and $30 a night for resort fees. Also other guests checking in received a welcome drink, nothing like this was offered to us.

They are in the middle of a big remodel of the rooms so there is equipment outside along one perimeter of the property.

It seems to be in need of some “cosmetic” repairs. The area was beautiful, very convenient, and the staff as friendly.

We booked 2 nights at the property, and left after first. The pictures of the hotel, the “beach” area were misleading. The bedding wasn’t clean and pillows smelled. Really bad experience, couldn’t wait util morning to leave.
