1. Extremely far away from City centre. No mode of transportation easily available. 2. Hotel services are pathetic. In addition, no support from Hotel staff. They are bunch of arrogant and unprofessional guys who are running this place. 3. Food quality and services are pathetic. If you order food you may get it as early after 1 h. They will always serve you could food as ice. 4. Only 1 charging point in the room, Overall, worst experience. Go and stay at your own risk. Better to stay somewhere near Alappuzha bus stand or railway station.

Excellent service Mr. Anoop the Manager was very helpful. The resort is located in outskirts of the city 20 km from backwater boat boarding location. But the resort is in lap of nature. Marare beach is 1km away, free cycles from resort is provided to reach the beach. They have gym, restaurant and bar. Nice place if you are a nature lover and want to moove away from hustle and bustle of the city.

Very nice stay had. Resort offerings peace and nice atmosphere. Reccomending special fish dishes. Restaurant very qute and yummy Strongly reccomending to all families who want take break from busy life

Had a nice experience I styed with family for a week Like to explain some things. Beach very close to resort just walkable only Staffs very querties and good hospitality Evening cycling and special snaks very interesting and recommend Thanks team

Property very close to beach maaraari and alapuzha city We stayed in deluxe room it is very neat and well maintained.restaurant was yummy and staffs are very polite to serve us Specialy the management of the resort is awssome Realy missing those days Reccomend to all travallers

I have visited this hotel with my friends as this hotel has a very slow check in and we waited for 1 hour in the reception for the room and the room was not clean well and the service of food was eventhough slow quality is very bad.I have asked for a 30min late check out but they didn't give me as if they doing for a favour.This is worst hotel i ever visited in my life .I suggest not to choose this hotel to everyone

i visited this hotel and overall this has no star service here and cleanliness of the hotel is poor.When i came to room the bed has hairs in it and food quality is very poor and service is very slow.The staff has not even good service here .Its a waste to stay at this hotel
