Abad Turtle Beach

My visit to Abad Turtle Beach is one that I will cherish Forever 😊❤. I was fortunate to be able to do so through my very close University College Friend Ayesha who is closely related to the owner's the Abad family. Thereby, I take this opportunity here to thank my dearest pal Ayesha for accompanying me to this wonderful hotel & treating me such. I didn't feel like a tourist but part of the family as I was very looked after !!! Whilst the Hotel reminded me of many a home(Sri Lanka) beach front resorts, I would like to state this Hotel is inherently Unique. In that, amidst Ayesha's wonderful company the lovely clean & marble white beach was such a refreshing sight, on the whole such a feast to the eyes. I thoroughly enjoyed treading the gorgeous Indian Ocean sea water, watched a pre-sunset 😍 , devoured the most appetising chocolate brownie with ice-cream and last but not least sipped Masala Chai inherent to India served via a chef availing the facility of a traditional Tea Cart & in this instance accompanied by the yummiest banana fritters well known as Kerala's most popular sweet treat ❤ I look forward to visiting again perhaps next time staying overnight. Special mention must also be made about Imran my friend Ayesha's husband who was also more than happy for her to take me this hotel 😊 A big thank you to the management of the hotel who went out of their way to make me feel right at home. Beautiful hotel ,food is excellent staff are always friendly and help full Morning walk is advisable. Beach is so close .very clean.experience ia overall nice our room situated near butterfly garden and banana trees atmosphere is nice birds sounds and sun set is beautiful too

The location is simply paradise, with easy access to a private beach! Also they have wonderful grounds which accommodates a butterfly garden, organic vegetable garden, dairy farm, natural herb plants and of course beautiful palm trees! The staff were fantastic in that they were very accommodating of any request, in particular Nicey and Vinish were really friendly and helpful. The food and catering was great with a wonderful buffet for breakfast and evenings, an A la carte menu too. The catering manager Bibin made sure we had all our needs met in particular they were able to provide vegan dishes for us and they were amazing…., hats off to Thomas the chef! The massages and Ayurvedic treatments are just fantastic! In particular Sardi gave the most amazing head and full body massage! Overall we had an incredible experience at this resort.

Fabulous facility with smiling staff, great rooms and fun stimulating outings. We went to a bird sanctuary one morning and saw more than 20 species, with a very knowledgeable guide who was also a fascinating person. He provided binoculars and has created the environment for all these birds. It was a paradise! The beach was spectacular with very light colored sand, and a bit of shade. The Arabian sea is warm here. The pool was large and great for both swimming laps and splashing around. We also used the rejuvenation spa and had many fabulous treatments over the course of our five day stay. There was live music every evening for dinner. Food was fabulous. And afternoon tea with snack provided at 4:15 daily.

Enjoyed a wonderful retreat here after an intense time travelling in the north of India with a stop off in Mumbai. The restaurant staff really cared about your enjoyment of the food (which was amazing) and were happy to give advice. Room spacious and air conditioned - a bit quirky having the tree in the bathroom and individual water heater but had plenty of hot showers. Easy to walk to beach, pool, restaurant and Ayurvedic centre - through beautiful gardens with amazing butterflies in the flower garden. Could do with a bit of TLC in places but other than that perfect and exceptional for 3 star rating.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely resort. The grounds are so well kept. Our room was large and we had a kingsize bed. The room had a fridge as well as coffee and tea making supplies. The staff at this resort were all very warm and friendly. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and they had their own lifeguard and security guard on the beach. One day, the sea was rather active and the lifeguard told us it wasn’t safe to swim. We saw a couple of sharks off the beach that day. We spent the day at the pool instead. The pool is not deep so it’s good for children. There was also a playground and badminton court. This resort is a great place for families. They also have a butterfly garden and a vegetable garden. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very efficient. A nice touch is that they have live music every night and it was a different musician each night. We enjoyed this resort very much and highly recommend it.
