Péssimo, alugamos o chalé 77 diretamente com a Sra. Cássia número de telefone que consta no Instagram. Fizemos o pagamento da metade da reserva e a metade seria paga na hospedagem. Chegando no local ao entrar no chalé o cheiro de urina era terrível, parece que os colchões foram embebidos na urina e ficaram abafados no chalé cozinhando no calor, não conseguimos ficar 10 minutos dentro, tivemos que alugar outro local em cima da hora. Ao solicitar a senhora Cássia que nos devolvesse o dinheiro ela se recusou informando que o cheiro forte é ruim é do lastro das madeiras da cama, o que não significa nada pois o odor ruim, seja de qual for a origem é de responsabilidade deles. Ao invés de ela própria ir apurar ela preferiu reter meu dinheiro, e ainda me prejudicando em ter gastos extras com outra locação em cima da hora. O lugar é bem fedido, a limpeza também deixa a desejar. Registrando aqui meu alerta pois isso deve ser resolvido antes de hospedarem outras pessoas no local. Estou em uma viagem de 10 dias seria a minha terceira hospedagem, e nunca vi nada parecido. O pior é a pessoa tentar justificar pegando meu dinheiro ao invés de se desculpar e tentar resolver. Teria vergonha se fosse responsável em ter uma postura dessa. Péssimo, o funcionário mesmo falou que eles limpam, limpam e o cheiro não sai 🤢

É uma localização tranquila, com saída de frente pra praia. Café da manhã é bom e pessoal de serviço atende bem. O quarto é ruim, mau cheiro de baratas, precisa de cuidados. Disposição dos quartos apresentam problema na logística de acomodação. Há quarto pra 2 ou 3 casais com um único banheiro, e o banheiro não é centralizado, logo sempre há circulação dentro de outro quarto para acesso ao banheiro. Então, decidindo por ficar nesse local, fique atento à quantidade de banheiros por quarto. Com um investimento em melhorias poderia ser uma boa opção. Atualmente beira ao razoável.
