Hotel close to everything you need. Clean. Excellent services. It has a restaurant and room service which I did not use, however. Abundant self-service breakfast with the possibility of asking the kitchen if not present at the counter. I recommend it to anyone who is in the area for tourism or business.

Need to improve the service. The pool restaurant takes over an hour to serve a simple omelet. The a la carte food service is somewhat time-consuming. Even salad takes time. I stayed for 6 nights and out of those, the room was not cleaned by the maid for two days in a row. Need to train staff.

Hotel is a Disappointment. Hotel has a very showy structure, but grumpy, unwilling staff. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Horrible shower, little water and it takes 30 minutes to heat up. Room with mosquitoes, yes, a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Bad food, time consuming, expensive. Maid cleaned the room for two days... She didn't leave any towels on both days, when they delivered it to the room, it was just one towel... Just a few items that are really annoying, especially given the amount they charge. Anyway... Hotel is absolutely not worth what it charges. Bad.
