The hotel is not ready and as soon as you are about to reach they would give you some false idea to get you shifted to some small hotel with no facilities inside. Specifically for this our experience was very bad, they threatened us to not let us leave massai mara. First they cheated us and then looted us with extra money and Trip.com had no answer to all this.
Hope you dont get misled into such scams. We lost our money and also our trip was spoilt
